Biography

Dmitry Prokhorenko got an education at Nizhny teacher training college. From 2000 to 2002 passed the program of executive training of the enterprises in the European center of business education (CEDEP).

From 1993 to 2002 worked at different positions as a part of L’Oreal Russia, including the HR director.

Since 2002 held a position of the HR director in M.Video.

In 2003 passed into Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) to a position of the vice president for personnel.

Since 2006 worked as the managing partner in Heidrick & Struggles Russia.

Since 2011 took a position of the executive vice president for personnel in AFK Sistema.

Since 2012 was the CEO of Strata company.

2014: Work in IBS

In 2014 Dmitry Prokhorenko began work in IBS where held a position of the director of a division of HR services of the company. He was engaged in development of services of HR outsourcing, personnel recruitment, HR analytics and digital transformation of HR.

The IBS HR division integrates the HR command and IT experts for rendering services of HR outsourcing. Under the leadership of Prokhorenko IBS constructed one of HR-fabrik, largest in Russia, on mass personnel recruitment using the latest technologies. As of 2019 in the uniform center of IBS HR services more than 650 employees work, and in addition to people also chat-bots and the robot are involved in processes of recruiting.

Among clients of IBS HR services – Pyaterochka and Perekrestok networks for which about 17 thousand linear positions a month were issued "close" the companies.

2019: The HR director in UralChem

In July, 2019 Dmitry Prokhorenko passed to work into UralChem on a position of the HR director. He will be responsible for implementation of HR strategy and upgrade of control block by personnel and also will take active part in digital transformation of the company, reported in UralChem.

In 2018 the company developed long-term strategy of digital transformation in support of implementation of business strategy of UralChem till 2025.

Total number of staff of the company exceeds 12 thousand human. In 2016 UralChem implemented the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" using which personnel processes were consolidated in base, uniform on all group.

To Prokhorenko Svetlana Chekalova was the HR director in UralChem.
