Biography

Yury was born on October 17, 1968 in Kursk region.

In 1993 graduated from the Russian economic academy of G.V. Plekhanov.

From 1992 to 1995 the senior economist, the deputy head of department – the head of the credit department of trade in AB "Inkombank" worked as the economist.

In 1995 held a position of the deputy head of department of crediting and guarantees, the head of department of regional branches, the associate director of department of regional development – the head of department in CB Rossiysky credit.

In 2016 began to work as the CEO of Digital Technologies of the Future (DTF) LLC.
