Efimov Petr Valentinovich was born on March 4, 1962. Graduated from KVIRTU with a degree in ACS; worked for several years in the specialty at the General Staff - participated in the creation of ACS and the introduction (one of the first) of personal computers and local networks; left government agencies in order to create their own business.
The founders of the Informzaschita company Petr Efimov, Vladimir Gaikovich and Dmitri Yershov met at the Kyiv Higher Engineering Radio Engineering School of Air Defense. A few years later they met in Moscow, at the General Staff. Efimov built the first local networks here, and Gaikovich and Yershov worked in the laboratory of one of the regional military research institutes.
In 1995, Efimov quit and began selling English-Russian translators. On December 22, 2014, Informzaschita Group of Companies announced changes in management. By the decision of the shareholders, Pyotr Efimov, President of the Group of Companies and one of its founders, was appointed General Director of the system integrator "Informzaschita" and assumes the functions of operational management. Leaving "Informzaschita "
Since October 26, 2023, Pyotr Efimov has left the post of general director of Informzaschita, his friend told TAdviser. This information is confirmed by the data in the Kontur.Focus database. The post of general director was taken by Mikhail Vizgin, who previously worked as the financial director of Informzaschita.
In addition, Efimov ceased to be a shareholder of Informzaschita, a source told TAdviser. According to him, Efimov owned 15% of the company's shares, now they have been transferred to the owner of Lanit, Philip Gens.
Thus, Pyotr Efimov became the last of the three founders of Informzaschita to leave the company. Earlier, Vladimir Gaikovich and Dmitri Yershov left it.
