Work in the presidential administration
Alyona Rudenko worked as the head of the department of civil, entrepreneurial, investment legislation and regulation of information technologies of the state legal department of the president. This department ensures the activities of the president on legal issues: it provides legal support for the activities of the presidential administration and information and reference support for the activities of the administration units; provides advisory assistance to the government apparatus, federal executive authorities and state authorities of the constituent entities of the federation on legal issues.
Alyona Rudenko as the head of the department was engaged in ensuring legislative activities. She conducted a legal examination of draft federal laws, orders and decrees of the president, including those aimed at regulation in the field of IT.
2023: Appointment as Deputy Minister for Digital Development
On September 13, 2023, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, by his order, appointed Alyona Rudenko to the post of State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The corresponding document was posted on the portal for the publication of legal information on September 14[1]."
In this post, Alyona Rudenko was replaced by Oleg Pak, who moved to work at Rostelecom.
