Biography

Oleg Pak was born on May 2, 1976 in the city of Leninsk, Kzyl-Orda region in Kazakhstan. In 2000 he graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy with a degree in jurisprudence.

The project to build it was a record in the geographical distribution of places where communication services were provided. The facilities included stadiums, an international broadcasting center, offices of FIFA and the Russia-2018 Organizing Committee, training grounds, hotels, train stations, transport depots and remote cargo inspection sites.

Again a ministerial candidate?

One of TAdviser's interlocutors, close to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, in 2020 considered Oleg Pak a likely candidate for the post of Minister of Digital Development in the office of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Another interlocutor believed that such a scenario was quite likely. Two more sources doubt that this appointment will happen.

2023: Dismissal from the Ministry of Digital Development
