Biography

Mikhail Maksovich Serebryany is the scientist, the musician, the systems analyst, and, as the fates decree, the manager of the computer company, was born in Moscow in 1962.

In the late seventies made the fatal decision and preferred to career of the pianist the biologist's path, having extremely upset the teacher M.Yu. Tokareva.

In 1979 arrived on geographical faculty MSU. Defended the thesis on department of biogeography. After the termination of the university in 1984 worked in the Main Botanical Garden of Academy of Sciences of the USSR (nowadays - the Russian Academy of Sciences) in department of tropical and subtropical plants, participated in a set of expeditions in the territory of the USSR and it is far outside the country - from Polar Ural Mountains to the southern Vietnam, specialized in a systematics of plants and geobotany. In 1990 the academic degree of Candidate of Biology was appropriated to the author of many scientific works who described more than ten plants, new to science, M. Serebryany.

In the early nineties interest in design of information systems and programming developed into major activity, and the further career of M. Serebryany is inseparably linked with DataX/Florin company, one of founders and which CEO he became.

Hobby for music always was one of priorities in Mikhail Serebryany's life so the solution to be engaged in production of high-quality recordings of classical music did not surprise people close to it at all. Caro Mitis label based by it since 2002 released excellent quality of SACD with the exclusive repertoire – as Russian (Dmitry Bortnyansky, Maxim Berezovsky and Evstigney Fomin), and European (unknown Rosetti, Vyolfl and Platti). Mikhail Serebryany was not limited to publishing – in parallel he was a producer of orchestra Pratum Integrum, the main Moscow outpost of historical performance.

By one of the first projects which I wanted to implement it was devoted to the main genius of doglinkinsky music Maxim Berezovsky. Began to look for for it musicians. Came to one of the first concerts of our present artistic director Pavel Serbin — and saw people who play with this European class. We brought together collective and when record was ended, it became clear that to dismiss these wonderful musicians would be just criminal, - Mikhail Serebryany in an interview of Colta.ru in 2009 remembered[1].
