Born January 18, 1989, Armavir Krasnodar Territory.

He began his career in 2010 in organizations in the field of road facilities. He worked in senior positions in the system of the Federal Road Agency.

2017: Beginning of work in the executive authorities of the Novgorod region

He has been working in the system of executive authorities of the Novgorod region since June 2017.

From October 2017 to December 2017 - Head of the Department of Transport and Road Facilities of the Novgorod Region.
