Biography

Was born on August 9, 1963 in the Mogilev region of the Belarusian SSR.

1981: Service in AF

From 1981 to 1993 passed military service at different officer positions in Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation.

1985: Military institute of physical culture twice Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner

In 1985 graduated from Military institute of physical culture twice Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner (for June, 2019 - "Military institute of physical culture" of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation).

1994: Work in the public sports organizations

From 1994 to 1997 worked at executive positions in the public sports organizations.

1997: Administration of Saint Petersburg

From 1997 to 2001 fulfilled duties of the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on physical culture and sport of the Administration of Saint Petersburg.

1999: Orders of Lenin Academy of civil aviation

In 1999 ended the Orders of Lenin Academy of civil aviation (since 2004 - St. Petersburg State University of civil aviation).

2000: SZAGS

In 2000 underwent occupational retraining in Northwest academy of public service (since 2010 - Northwest institute of management - RANEPA branch).

2001: Service in FSB of Russia

From 2001 to 2006 served in FSB of Russia.

2004: FSB of Russia academy

In 2004 underwent occupational retraining in Academy of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.

2006: Head of NPO

From 2006 to 2008 headed non-profit organization which purpose of activity is directed to improvement of processes of education and improvement of children.

2008: Work as the teacher

From 2008 to 2013 was engaged in teaching activity in higher educational institutions of Russia.

2013: Russian Defense Ministry

From 2013 to 2016 headed Head department of military police of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

2018: Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation

August 28, 2018. By the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1794-r it is appointed to the position of the Deputy Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation.

It is awarded:

• Medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow" (1997);
• Gratitude of the Russian President (2000);
• Medal "In Commemoration of the 300th Anniversary of Saint Petersburg" (2003);

According to information for June, 2019: two-time world champion in sambo (1989 and 1990) and owner of the World Cup in sambo (1990), Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR, honored trainer of Russia, vice president of Federation of judo of Russia, colonel of FSB of Russia, major general of the Russian Defense Ministry (2014), doctor of pedagogical sciences.
