Biography

Born June 5, 1954 in the city of Vinnitsa (Ukraine).

Education

1971: KHTI

In 1971 he entered the Kazansky chemical-technological institute (since 2010 -) Kazan National Research Technological University at the Faculty of Engineering, which he graduated with honors in 1977.

1980: MHTI

In 1980 he entered the graduate school of the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology (since 2011 - Russian University of Chemical Technology named after D.I. Mendeleev), graduated from it and in 1984 defended his thesis: candidate of technical sciences.

In 1986-1989 graduated from the evening department of mehmat of Kazan State University (since 2011 - Kazan (Volga) Federal University), specialty: mechanic.

1978: KHTI

From 1978 to 1989 - Engineer, Junior Researcher, Senior Researcher at the Kazan Institute of Chemical Technology.

1989: NTC Ecology

In 1989, he created and headed the "Scientific and Technical Center - Ecology," the basic center of the State Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan in 1989-1991.

1992: Director General of INATA

One of the founders of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses "SUPPORT OF RUSSIA." In March 2002, he was elected chairman of the regional branch of OPORA RUSSIA in Tatarstan.

Since 2005, he was elected Vice President of OPORA RUSSIA. Head of OPORA RUSSIA committees on microfinance and development of credit cooperation, on the problems of self-employment, micro-enterprises and markets.

Since 2010, Chairman of the Council of Regions of OPORA RUSSIA.
