2020: Appointment of Fudpleks LLC as the CEO

On May 26, 2020 it became known that Grigory Sinkov headed Fudpleks LLC which develops the digital platform for the restaurant Sberfood market (enters into O2o Holding – joint venture of Sberbank and Mail.ru Group).

That the former head of department of IT project management of Lamoda became the CEO of Fudpleks LLC, reported the Rusbase edition with reference to the database " circuit.focus ".

Sinkov on the page in Instagram announced leaving Lamoda on May 10, 2020, having written the following: 


Last 3 weeks were extremely saturated on events and intensive in the work plan, and I did not manage to write about the end of my one-and-a-half-year-old travel to roles of the head of IT PMO Lamoda. Time passed quickly, but results abrupt: the command with which we created the culture of openness and trust is collected, reviewed many processes of management of projects which were successfully started for one hundred. And how many was a philosophical talk behind wine … And I am farther behind new chellendzha and achievements.

In the same message Grigory Sinkov did not begin to call the new work location and only noted that he passes not into "Yandex". Before arrival to Lamoda it worked in "Yandex". On its page on Facebook it is specified that it is CEO Foodplex.

Fudpleks LLC which was headed by Grigory Sinkov according to the Contour-Focus system, for 54.67% belongs to O2o Holding. Another 45.33% own delivery service of food Delivery Club which is included into O2o Holding too. By the end of May, 2020 of Sberfood integrates services for armoring of tables, digital marketing, cashless payment, creation of programs of loyalty.^[1]
