Biography

Vyacheslav Smirnov was born in 1970 in the city of Moscow.

In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in propulsion, energy and power engineering installations of spacecraft.

From 1996 to 1999 he served as an officer of the analytical group of the investigative department of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Moscow.

He worked as a specialist in the department of complex engineering and technical protection systems of RNT CJSC.

From 2000 to 2010 he was the general director of Paravan AITI LLC.

In 2010, he was appointed General Director of SITRONICS KAFU.

In 2011-2012, he was vice president of integrated management and security systems at SITRONICS OJSC.

In 2012, he worked as Deputy General Designer for Automation and Integrated Safety Systems of JSC Concern Vega.

From 2012 to March 2015, he served as General Director of SITRONICS KAFU CJSC and continued this work concurrently with the management of NVision Group.

2014: Director General of NVision Group

In February 2014, Vyacheslav Smirnov was appointed General Director of Envizhn Group CJSC, a decision was made today at the company's board of directors. He will replace Anton Sushkevich in this post and will begin his official duties on February 25, 2014.

2015

Since March 2015, Vyacheslav Smirnov, who previously headed the NVision Group and concurrently Sitronics KAFU, as the general director of Sitronics KAFU JSC, will focus on the development of projects to create large-scale intelligent management systems for the state and large businesses, such as Safe City and Intelligent Transport Systems.

2021: Departure from FSUE "ProtectionInfoTrans"

In 2021 he left FSUE "ProtectionInfoTrans," in which he worked since 2001, including at the posts of Adviser and General Director.
