Stepanov Alexey Vladimirovich is the Chairman of the Committee of public services of the city of Moscow.

Biography

Was born in 1977 in the settlement of Nakhabino of the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region.

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Master of management. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

From 1997 to 2003 worked at executive positions in the commercial organizations performing productive activity in the field of development and deployment of technologies of cleaning of drinking water.

From 2003 to 2008 — worked in structural divisions of the Government of Moscow, starting with the leading specialist to the deputy head of department on coordination and development of administrative reform of the Government of Moscow.

In September, 2008 it is appointed the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee of public services of the city of Moscow.

2009: Chairman of the Committee of state services of Moscow

Since January, 2009 — the Chairman of the Committee of public services of the city of Moscow.

2015: Leaving from a position of the head of Committee of state services of Moscow

On March 10, 2015 within the meeting of presidium of the Government of Moscow the capital city's mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced staff movements in a number of the Moscow departments. In particular, the head of committee of public services Alexey Stepanov was relieved of the post. Elena Shinkaruk is appointed to Stepanov's position.

"He [Stepanov] not bad worked, in Moscow was created more than hundred MFC on providing public services. Millions of people use these services" — the Mayor of Moscow emphasized.

At this time in the capital 104 centers of state services. They are open for visitors Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. without lunch and days off.

Awards

Winner of the Russian tender "The Manager of Year in the Public and Municipal Administration — 2009".

It is awarded with gratitude of the Head of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation for a big contribution to preparation and holding the international actions connected with the celebration of the 60 anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
