Svetlana Moskvina was born in the Vladimir region, moved to Ivanovo in 1991.
Education
Svetlana Moskvina graduated from the Ivanovo State Medical Academy in 2008, and graduate school of this university in 2013.
In 2013-2014, Moskvina studied under the Presidential Program for the Training of Management Personnel.
Career
2016-2021
In 2016, she won the personnel project "I Can" in the Ivanovo Region. In 2018, Moskvina won the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "Volunteer of Russia" with the project of the MedRupor Health Schools.
In 2017, she began working as deputy head physician for childhood at the Ivanovo Regional Clinical Hospital, in 2018 - as the chief physician of the Rodnikovskaya Central District Hospital.
In 2021, she became a finalist of the Healthcare track of the fourth season of the Leaders of Russia management competition, the flagship project of the Russian Country of Opportunities presidential platform. In April 2021, she headed the Ivanovo ambulance station.
2022: Appointment as Head of the Department of Health of the Ivanovo Region
In early August 2022, the Department of Health of the Ivanovo Region announced the appointment of Svetlana Moskvina as the new head of the department. Prior to that, she headed the Ambulance Station in Ivanovo, and after her departure, Olga Kachkina became the interim chief physician of the institution.
By August 2022, Moskvina has 14 years of medical experience.
In the Department of Health of the Ivanovo Region, the second change of head took place in a year. Svetlana Moskvina replaced Tatyana Slabinskaya, who headed the department since April 2022. Before the Slabinskaya department, Arthur Fokin was headed, who later became a defendant in a criminal case on embezzlement of more than 10 million rubles from the regional budget in the procurement of medical equipment.[1]
