Biography
Born in the family of academician of the USSR Academy of Sciences Leonid Samuilovich Leibenzon. Daughter of Kandelaki Tamara Levanovna - professor, doctor of economic sciences, general director of InfoTech-Consult LLC.
Education
In 2003 she graduated from the RGUNG, Faculty of Economics, with a degree in economics. At the same time, she received her second higher education at the Northwest Academy for civil servants at the Faculty of Law, specializing in law.
In 2006, she received an MBA degree from MGIMO.
From 2018 to 2022, she studied at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management under the CDTO (Director for Digital Transformation) and Executive MBA programs.
Career
She devoted the first 10 years of her career to entrepreneurial activity. In 1999, she founded her first company specializing in. retail
From 2010 to 2013 she lived and worked in Switzerland.
From 2014 to 2016 she led the development of the Moscow Jewelry Plant.
From 2018 to 2019, she worked as a commercial director at the Gorn Development full-cycle investment and development company.
In 2020, she came to PJSC Alrosa to lead the creation of Alrosa Diamond.
Since January 2021, she has been appointed Director for Digital Development at Goznak JSC.
Since the summer of 2023, he has been working in the Element Group of Companies as Vice President for Business Development.
