Telyatnikov Alexey Leonidovich

Biography

Alexey Leonidovich of Calf houses in 1987 graduated with honors from faculty of radio engineering and cybernetics of MIPT, continued training and scientific activities for a grant of the English royal society at the university of Wales.

In a beginning of the career he directed a technical part of projects on creation of infrastructure of the stock market in Russia, having headed in 1995. "Technical center RTS".

In 2001 becomes the CIO of Alfa Group.

From 2002 to 2015 – holds the leading posts in Rosgosstrakh, "Svyaznoy Bank" and "VSK Insurance House", participates in projects of transformation of IT in Sberbank, AlphaInsurance and on MICEX.

From April, 2015 to August, 2016 holds a post of the chief executive of Tinkoff Insurance company.

In August, 2016 Alexey Telyatnikov is appointed to a post of the vice president for information technologies of Rostelecom. Formation of target IT architecture, conversion of an IT landscape, reforming of project management in IT and formation of internal examination, including competence centers became its key tasks change of IT function from supporting in business defining.

In November, 2017 in the press service of Rostelecom reported to CNews that Alexey Telyatniko "returns to the financial sector", Kirill Menshov — the native of problem bank "Otkrytiye" is appointed to its place.

Later Alexey Telyatnikov worked as the operating officer in VTB Insurance. Left the company in the first half of 2019^[1].
