Tereshchenko Pavel Gennadyevich

Biography

Pavel Tereshchenko was born on May 28, 1963 in Gomel (Belarus). In 1985 with honors and a gold medal graduated from Military engineering institute Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner to them. A.F. Mozhaysky in "Management systems and communications". In 1987-1991 studied in an internal graduate military course at Military engineering and space institute to them. A.F. Mozhaysky. Candidate of Technical Sciences.

From 1980 to 1995 served in Armed forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation.

In 1995 got to work in Metrocom company where worked till 2005, holding positions of the leading specialist on marketing, the project manager, the associate director on marketing and development, directors for marketing and business development.

In February, 2005 passed to work into the company of Comets to a position of the commercial director.

Since September, 2005 held a position of the deputy CEO of PeterStar.

In September, 2006 it was appointed to the position of the CEO of "РТКомм.РУ".

2009: The Deputy CEO in Rostelecom

From 2008 to June, 2009 Rostelecom held a position of the deputy CEO for business development.

Since June 30, 2009 - the Deputy CEO for IT in Presidential library of B.N. Yeltsin in a management structure affairs of the Russian President. In this position was responsible for creation, maintenance and development of ICT infrastructure and services of the first in the Russian Federation completely digital national library.

2017: Deputy CEO of NCI

In February, 2017 National Center of Informatization (NCI) announced Pavel Tereshchenko's appointment the Deputy CEO of the company. He is responsible for creation of uniform ICT infrastructure for providing FIFA telecommunication and IT services on objects of competitions of the Cup of Confederations – 2017 and the FIFA World Cup - 2018 in all host cities of tournaments and the cities with training arenas.

The high priority this project caused emergence in structure of NCI of a special position – the deputy CEO - the project director of "World Cup 2018", speak in NCI.

Providing the organization, development and steady functioning of a data network, telephony, satellite communication, professional radio communication of the TETRA standard and also specialized services for broadcasters falls within the scope of responsibility of Tereshchenko. Also he is responsible for coordination of activity of collaborators of the project and ensuring examination of their works, monitoring of production tasks of project implementation and is responsible for results of its accomplishment.

The NCI notes that Pavel Tereshchenko has experience of creation of ICT infrastructure for "A meeting of Group twenty the G20", "Meetings of Group eight the G8", "the APEC summit - 2014", the summits of SCO and BRICS, etc. Also he directed implementation of the priority national Education project regarding connection of all schools of Russia to the Internet and participated in planning and creation of infrastructure of the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
