Career

Korus Consulting

At Korus Consulting, Denis Troshanov went from consultant to senior project manager, having worked at the company from 2001 to 2007.

P&ID, PwC

In 2007-2008, Troshanov worked as a project director at MTS, and in 2008-2009 - as a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

General Director of Spetsradioservice

At the end of 2009, Denis Troshanov headed the Spetsradioservice company, created by the founder of Korus Consulting Igor Shirokov and engaged in the development and operation of the 4G network of the Yota operator.

According to Troshanov's LinkedIn page, he left the post of CEO of Spetsradioservice in November 2015.

Deputy General Director of the National Center for Informatization

In 2014, together with a number of other immigrants from Korus Consulting, Troshanov got a job at the National Center for Informatization (NCI), taking the post of deputy general director.

The chairman of the board of directors of the NCI at that time was the founder of YotaDenis Sverdlov (the former co-owner of Korus Consulting, who served as Deputy Minister of Communications of Russia in 2012-2013).

In April 2016, Troshanov left the NCI.

General Director of the CRC

In May 2016, Denis Troshanov was appointed General Director of the Industry Center for the Development and Implementation of Information Systems (OCRV), one of the main IT contractors of Russian Railways.

Russian Railways owns 26% of OCRV, another 49% belongs to the subsidiary operator of the railway monopoly "Transtelecom." 25% of OCRV belongs to VTB24 Bank.

The main specializations of the center are the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems based on SAP ERP, IBM Maximo, IBM WebSphere. The CRC acts as an IT consultant and general contractor of Russian Railways for the development and implementation of information systems based on these products.

To achieve this goal, the new CEO plans to "develop divisions within the company, including in the branch network, capable of meeting the needs for Russian Railways informatization, increase the number and quality of specialists in SAP, 1C and other software products, and invite the best IT specialists to the team on competitive terms."

As of May 2016, about 700 people work in the CRRV.
