Glushchenko Vadim Vladimirovich
Biography
Since December 9, 2020, since its foundation, Vadim Glushchenko has been the head of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Competence Center for Global IT Cooperation."
The center's task is to give impetus to the efforts of the Russian expert community to develop IT and create favorable conditions for their broadcast at the international level. The organization is a "think tank" designed to develop ideas for the formation of a positive image of Russia as one of the world leaders in the field of IT, as well as to summarize world best practices in the field of IT for the needs of the Russian expert community.
Earlier, from 2014 to 2020, he was an adviser on information and communication technologies and the digital economy of the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the European Union in Brussels. Prior to that, he worked in the Department of International Cooperation of PJSC Rostelecom, where he headed the department of international relations.
