Biography
Vitaly Prokudin was born in 1988 in the village of Kosaya Gora, Tula Region.
Career
2012-2023
Since 2012, Vitaly Prokudin has replaced various positions in the GAU TO "Center for Information Technologies." Prior to appointment, he replaced the position of deputy director - head of the information systems department.
2024: Appointment as the head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Tula region
In early October 2024, Vitaly Prokudin was appointed the new head of the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Tula Region. In this post, he replaced Yaroslav Rakov, who headed the department since 2015.
Before becoming Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Tula Region, Vitaly Prokudin worked as Deputy Director - Head of the Information Systems Department in the Autonomous Institution of the Tula Region "Information Technology Center."
In addition to Prokudin, there are three more new ministers in the Tula region in early October 2024. The new composition of the regional government was approved by Governor Dmitry Milyaev. At the same time, the head of the region decided on a new structure of executive authorities the Tula region. The Ministry of Informatization, Communications and Open Management of the Tula Region has been renamed the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Tula Region.
