Biography

Vladimir Dozhdev was born on August 10, 1989 in Moscow.

In 2011 he graduated from the Moscow City University of Moscow Government Administration.

From 2011 to 2012 he worked in the State Legal Department of the Department of Trade and Services of the city of Moscow.

From 2012 to 2015, in the legal department of the Moscow government, he went from a leading specialist to an adviser.

From 2015 to 2017 - Head of the Investment Activities Department of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the city of Moscow.

In February 2017, by order of the mayor of Moscow, he was appointed deputy head of the department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship of the city of Moscow.

On November 7, 2017, on his own initiative, he was relieved of his post as deputy head of the department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship in Moscow.[1]

He worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Digital Technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

As of December 2018, he holds the post of Director of the Department of Digital Technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

2021: 101st in IT industry by revenue

For the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, Vladimir Dozhdev's income amounted to 7.3 million rubles[2].
