Volokhov Alexey Evgenyevich

Was born on July 11, 1978 in the city of Kursk.

• In 2000 graduated from Department of history of the Kursk State Pedagogical University.
• In 2004 completed postgraduate studies at the Russian State University for the Humanities (Sociological faculty). Candidate of sociological sciences.

• From November, 2004 to May, 2006 – the Vice rector for science and educational methodically to providing Non-State Educational Institution "Moscow Institute of Management" (in May, 2005 it is renamed into National Institute "Higher school of management").
• From May, 2006 to January, 2008 – the Vice rector for corporate training. Director of youth programs of National Institute "Higher school of management".
• From January, 2008 to March, 2009 – the First vice rector of National Institute "The higher school of management".
• From March, 2009 to November, 2010 – the Rector of National Institute "The higher school of management".

• From November, 2010 to July, 2012 – the Head of department of project planning, programs in the field of the youth policy of Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
• In 2011 and 2012 was the Director of the All-Russian youth forum "Seliger".
• On July 30, 2012 by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 399/K it is appointed to a position of federal public service, the Deputy manager of Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
