Biography

Born May 24, 1983 in Moscow.

In 2008, he graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit.

From 2009 to 2013 worked in various positions in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, from 2013 to 2016. - in commercial structures.

From 2016 to 2020 implemented projects for the development of the urban economy in ВЭБ.РФ and МОНОГОРОДА.РФ.

2020-2022 - Head of the Department of Support for the Implementation of National Projects and State Programs of the Office of Digital Transformation "Russian Post."

In 2022, he was accepted into the civil service at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

As TAdviser found out, at the end of September Vladimir Voloshin was appointed acting Director of the Department for the Development of the Digital Economy of the Ministry of Economic Development. This department ensures the fulfillment of the function assigned to the ministry for the implementation of the federal project "Regulatory Regulation of the Digital Environment" within the framework of the national program "Digital Economy." The key task of the federal project is to build a system of legal regulation of the digital economy, based on a flexible approach in each area of ​ ​ public relations.

In the new post, Vladimir Voloshin replaced Anatoly Dyubanov, who headed the department since August 2021.
