Biography

1973-2025

Vorobyov was born in 1973. He graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics with a degree in National Economics and the Higher School of Management of the Higher School of Economics.

Since 2003, Vorobyov worked in the Department of Property Management and Corporate Relations of Gazprom, since August 2012 - as head of the Department for Property Management. Since July 2012, he served as chairman of the board of directors of OJSC Kamchatgazprom. Earlier, Vorobyov had already acted as general director of Gazprom Capital.

2026: Appointment as CEO of Gazprom Capital

On January 15, 2026, Vsevolod Vorobyov took over as general director of Gazprom Capital. He will lead the organization for three years.

Gazprom Capital LLC was founded on February 13, 2008 and registered in St. Petersburg. The company specializes in securities transactions. The sole founder is PJSC Gazprom. The charter of Gazprom Capital LLC states that the company carries out the following types of work:

• Advertising activities;
• Conduct commercial transactions with real estate objects;
