Vyacheslav Kasymov was born in 1980. In 2002 he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of the Siberian University of Telecommunications and Informatics with a degree in Economics and Management at Communications Enterprises, and in 2007 - from Rostelecom Corporate University under the RTK-Master program.

He began his work in the communications industry in 2004 as a specialist in the marketing and business development department of the Siberian branch of Rostelecom, from 2005 to 2007 he headed this department.

In 2007-2008 - Head of the Marketing Department of the Siberia macro-region of MTS. From 2008 to 2011, he worked as a regional managing director, general director of the macro-region at Tele2-Russia.

From May 2011 to February 2012 - General Director of the Sky Link-Northwest business unit (Delta Telecom).

2012: NSS and Volga's macro-regional branch Rostelecom

In February 2012, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Volga macro-regional branch of Rostelecom for mobile business. In April 2012, he simultaneously headed the NSS.

As part of the consolidation of assets, it is planned to complete legal and corporate procedures for the merger of Orenburg-GSM with NSS by July 1, 2012. Joining the company will simplify the management structure and provide synergies by combining resources with a larger company.
