Biography

Alexey Andreevich Yakovitsky was born on November 15, 1975 in Moscow.

In 1997 graduated from department of history of MSU.

Since 1997 was in a postgraduate study of department of history of MSU.

Since 2000 worked as the analyst, the head of the analytical department in OFG (since 2007 — Deutsche securities)^[1].

2008: CEO VTB Capital

Since 2008 held positions of the head of analysis department, the co-director of department of transactions in the stock market, the CEO of VTB Capital.

In 2017 was a part of Board of Directors of PJSC Rostelecom as the independent director.

For May 11, 2018 Alexey Andreevich Yakovitsky works as the CEO, the chairman of the board of JSC Holding VTB Capital, Holding VTB Capital LLC Ai Bee.

2020: Membership in Board of Directors of "Yandex"

On October 29, 2020 shareholders "Yandex" on annual meeting approved the updated structure of Board of Directors. It left the head Sberbank German Gref who is included into council since 2014. The updated board was joined by Alexey Yakovitsky. In more detail here.
