MIND Software is a domestic software developer, a team of engineers and experts with extensive experience in large Russian and international projects. Previously available products

aMind is a solution for conducting online consultations, with the help of which a client communicates with contact center operators directly via the Internet. Contact center operators have the opportunity to display various documents and any other information on the site, while the user has visual contact with the operator and can get advice online.

eMind is an expert network with a wide range of areas, ranging from IT to psychology. Communication between the expert and the user takes place both in the chat and through video conferencing. The service does not require additional programs on the user's computer.
