Biography

According to D-Russia.ru, Zarubin will leave the Ministry of Digital Development by the end of 2023. According to the publication, working in the Ministry of Finance, Yury Zarubin carried out tasks related to the formation of the regional policy of the department in the field of informatization and digital development of subjects, the implementation of the Digital Economy program in the subjects, the development of a regulatory legal and methodological framework in the field of the digital economy, the provision of subsidies to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to support regional projects in the field of the digital economy, as well as rating the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In fact, it can be called the main communicator between the Ministry of Digital Development and Russian regions.
The publication also notes that 83 regional management centers have been launched under the direct supervision of Zarubin, and more than 50% of all regional services have been converted to digital format. In addition, with his participation in 2021-2023. approved digital transformation programs in 82 constituent entities of the Russian Federation (regional financing of projects throughout the country more than 200 billion rubles a year).
