Biography

Stanislav Zavalny was born in the city of Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. He graduated from Kuban State University.

He worked in the department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea.

From August 2012 until the beginning of 2013, he headed the Department of Informatization and Communications of the Krasnodar Territory, which was later transformed into the Department of Informatization and Communications of the Krasnodar Territory.

Stanislav Zavalny was also the chairman of the state order committee of the Krasnodar branch of OPORA Rossii, an organization whose activities are aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses.

In 2015-2018. was the head of the representative office of RTS-Tender in the Krasnodar Territory.

In December 2020, Stanislav Zavalny was appointed head of the department of informatization and communications of the Krasnodar Territory. The new head, on behalf of the governor, was presented to the employees by the deputy head of the region, Alexander Ruppel.
