Education

Konstantin Zvonik in 2002 graduated from the Military Medical Academy named after S.M. 2023: Appointment as Director of the TFCMI of St. Petersburg

Konstantin Zvonik was appointed director of the Territorial Health Insurance Fund of St. Petersburg. The corresponding decree at the end of July 2023 was signed by Governor Alexander Beglov.

On February 6, 2025, Konstantin Zvonik was appointed to the post of vice-governor of St. Petersburg, who previously replaced the post of director of the state institution "Territorial Fund for Compulsory Medical Insurance of St. Petersburg" (TFCMI). The decree on personnel changes was signed by the governor of the city, Alexander Beglov.

According to the official statement of the Administration of St. Petersburg, as vice-governor of the northern capital, Zvonik will have to directly coordinate and control the activities of the Committee on Informatization and Communications, as well as the Committee on Health and the Veterinary Administration.
