An opportunity to trace a delivery status of notifications
In July, 2018 the Online Financial Solutions Inc company announced a possibility of PlanFix to trace a delivery status of the notifications sent on different channels. According to the company, sending notifications to the employees and contacts and also opening of the notifications received on e-mail by external contacts is monitored.
As it was reported, in each task or the comment on which the client is notified, he can see a delivery status of the notification. In the interface it represents one or two ticks which correspond to the statuses "Is sent" and "read". The click on the status of the notification allows to see detailed information.
Also some nuances and subtleties were mentioned:
- For tracking of opening of the letter (sign "Is read") the technology of "invisible pixel" is used. Tracking of opening of the letter can be turned off.
- In certain cases sign "Is read" it can't be displayed — for example if in an email client of the receiver display of images is turned off.
- Tracking works only in paid and Planfiks's premium accounts.
- Data on a delivery status of notifications are stored 30 days, and then are removed.
- If for sending letters from Planfiks it is used corporate (or any external) the mail server, then the status of sending the letter shows only its acceptance from Planfiks this server.
- If to include sign to Specify in the letter of the address of all receivers and at the sent message several addressees, tracking of opening of notifications will work if at least one of receivers opens the letter.

Updating of the Management of Transactions configuration for the small companies
The development team of a management system of PlanFix in July announced a release of the new version of the Management of Transactions configuration intended, first of all, for the small companies and sales departments which only begin the work with CRM. The configuration allows to see on one screen the new leads which arrived on different channels (the website, e-mail, messengers, social networks) and the transactions created according to the results of their processing.
Cards of transactions are located on a kanban board in lists stages which the transaction should pass on the way by a successful completion:
The manager's task during the work with the transaction consists in its "drag and drop" from a stage on a stage in process of promotion on a funnel. This promotion is helped by different activities which the employee of sales department plans for each transaction: calls, meetings with the client, work with documents, etc.
In the updated configuration the following 3 features also appeared:
- Transactions without the planned activity are output in the special list on the foreground now. It does not allow the manager, responsible for them, and his management to lose contact with the client and to miss an opportunity to successfully complete sale.
- With the current work the manager is helped by the calendar of the planned activities for these days. In it meetings, calls and other tasks which need to be completed in time stipulated with the client are displayed.
- If any reason manager delayed the planned case, it will be displayed in the special list drawing additional attention. It will allow to concentrate on it first of all and to make up quickly for lost time.
According to Online Financial Solutions, the main convenience of the Management of Transactions configuration is that all work in a CRM subsystem happens literally on one screen: all near at hand, is always clear that needs to be done right now and what it is possible to be engaged later in. At the same time due to special approach of Planfiks to creation of an information system of the company this configuration can be improved and develop in process of growth of requirements to it. What is important, all changes in a system are made without programming and are available to the administrator of the account. It is caused by the fact that CRM in Planfiks is not something specific and isolated: the Management of Transactions configuration represents the construction collected from standard elements intended for work of sales department and, as well as other standard configurations, can be at any time changed and finished by the responsible of the company, explained in developer company.

Integration into public accounts of Viber
In a management system of "PlanFix" the ability to integrate with public accounts of the Viber messenger appeared. Any company or a brand can create for themselves public Viber account for communication with the clients and fans. In addition to the publication of marketing materials for wide audience, the public account Viber can be used as means of a feedback, for booking or complaints. "PlanFix" provides means for collecting and processing of such addresses of the users who arrived by means of Viber.
According to representatives of the company, "PlanFix" can accept any content sent by users of Viber: the text, a photo, video, geotags, dudla (viber doodles) and even drawings which they can draw a finger on phone screen. All this is included in "PlanFix" and is processed by employees of a support service or sales department by the configured rules.
Owing to universality of Planfiks, depending on need and settings for the account of the company, each message of the client can become the new transaction, the request, the ticket, etc. Employees, responsible for this or that direction, who can conduct communication with the client and colleagues are connected to it, connecting them for the operational solution of a question. At the same time only the messages addressed to it will go to the messenger to the client, and all internal communication of staff of the company will remain available only to them, explained in the company.

Integration of telephony of MegaFon and Mango
On November 29, 2016 the company Online Financial Solutions Inc announced integration of the PlanFix platform with services of the virtual PBX provided by the companies "Megafon" and Mango Telecom.
According to the statement of the companies, their clients can bring on IP channels to "PlanFix" and receive additional conveniences:
- obtaining information on the calling subscriber,
- history of its previous addresses,
- information on the last contact, etc.
It helps the employee who received a call to clear quickly a situation and to penetrate into an essence of negotiations with contact[1].
The second component of integration - a possibility of outgoing calls to subscribers directly from the section of the transaction, the request in production, the document approval and other objects which the owner of the account "Planfiksa" configures in a system for support of the business processes.
These mechanisms work in the CRM block and in sections of activity of departments and divisions of the company:
- logistics,
- production,
- supply, etc.
All call recording with clients, contractors, suppliers, other partners can remain in Planfiksa and be exposed to the analysis and processing according to the business processes configured in a system.
For service providers of the IP telephony who are not integrated into "PlanFix" directly yet API which will help to carry out integration with Planfiks in return is released and to provide to users of service an additional alternative of processing of the entering and outgoing calls.
"PlanFix" is integrated with MailChimp and Unisender now
In the PlanFix enterprise management system the ability to integrate with email mailings MailChimp and Unisender services appeared. A system allows to maintain any number of contact lists which can be integrated on any signs. Now the possibility of automatic export of such list to the selected newsletter service is implemented. After integration installation the filter of contacts in Planfiksa and the mailing list in the selected service become connected — each contact getting to the configured filter in Planfiksa automatically appears in the mailing list of a mail service. If for any reason the contact disappears from the filter in Planfiksa (it is deleted, ceased to correspond to criteria of the filter, etc.), it automatically disappears from the mailing list in the integrated service.
The unrolled possibilities of Planfiks on contact management allow to support filters not only on difficult enrollment of conditions, but also to involve automatic scenarios in order that the contacts which made certain actions in a system got to the necessary filters — for example, that who have new tasks or on the contrary — preset time was not any activity.
In addition to transactions with mailing lists, "PlanFix" allows to accept answers to the sent messages and to process them by means of the configured scenarios: connect the necessary employees, send different auto answers, distribute on types, projects, etc. The additional convenience this work gives a possibility of creation in Planfiksa of an unlimited number virtual to e-mail addresses. Having tied such virtual address to the mailing list, the user has an opportunity to set for this purpose like mailing separate processing rules of answers.
Telephony in "PlanFix"
On October 27, 2016 the Online Financial Solutions Inc company announced inclusion in the telephony PlanFix enterprise management system in a format of integration into virtual PBX.
According to developer company, such approach helps with use of telephony, usual for users, and additional opportunities — automatic emergence of information on the calling contact in a system, outgoing calls directly from a system, automatic preserving of records of telephone conversations for the subsequent listening and working off[2].
Communications by phone can be used, as in work of sales department or a support service, and in any business process:
- project management,
- operation of the manager,
- contractor relations,
- relationship with freelancers
- in other aspects of activity.
According to developers, use of telephony will not entail additional costs — integration are connected free of charge for all clients of service.
At the first stage to users of a system integration into Binotel virtual PBX is available onlinePBX, to Sipuni and Zadarma.
The company announced replenishment of this list by means of services: Mango, Megafon, OKtel, Telfin and others.
2013: PlanFix
PlanFix is the service created for automation of work on projects, task lists, instructions, monitoring and control over business processes. The product helps to trace and notify on the planned affairs and events, meetings and negotiations.
