2026: Integration with Whatcrm

Telfin is expanding its line of CRM integrations with instant messengers based on the Whatcrm widget. Planfix users can write to customers in Max immediately from CRM - this increases the speed of communication and provides centralized storage of data for each contact. 2018

Ability to track notification delivery status

In July 2018, Online Financial Solutions Inc announced PlanFix's ability to track the delivery status of notifications sent through various channels. According to the company, the sending of notifications to employees and contacts, as well as the opening of notifications received by e-mail by external contacts, is monitored.

As reported, in each task or comment about which the client is notified, you can see the delivery status of the notification to him. In the interface, it is one or two checkmarks that correspond to the status "Sent" and "Read." Clicking on the notification status allows you to see detailed information.

Some nuances and subtleties were also noted:

  • To track the opening of a letter (the "Read" sign), the "invisible pixel" technology is used. You can turn off email opening tracking.
  • In some cases, the "Read" sign may not be displayed - for example, if the image display is disabled in the recipient's mail program.
  • Tracking works only in paid and premium PlanFix accounts.
  • Notification delivery status data is stored for 30 days and then deleted.
  • If you use an enterprise (or any external) mail server to send emails from a PlanFix, the sending status of the email indicates only that the email is received from the PlanFix by that server.
  • If you turn on the Indicate addresses of all recipients in the letter sign and the sent message has several recipients, tracking the opening of notifications will work if at least one of the recipients opens the letter.

2017

Small Business Deal Management Configuration Update

The PlanFix management team announced in July a new version of the Deal Management configuration, designed primarily for small companies and sales teams that are just getting started with CRM. The configuration allows you to see on one screen new leads received through different channels (website, e-mail, instant messengers, social networks) and transactions formed based on the results of their processing.

Transaction cards are located on the kanban board in the stage lists that the transaction should go along the way to successful completion:

The manager's task when working with a transaction is to "drag" it from stage to stage as it moves through the funnel. Various activities that a sales employee plans for each transaction help this promotion: calls, meetings with a client, working with documents, etc.

The following 3 features have also appeared in the updated configuration:

  • Transactions without planned activity are now displayed in a special list in the most prominent place. This prevents the manager responsible for them and his management from losing contact with the client and missing the opportunity to successfully complete the sale.
  • In the current work, the manager is assisted by a calendar of planned activities for the coming days. It displays appointments, calls and other tasks that must be completed within the time agreed with the client.
  • If the manager for some reason has expired the planned case, it will be displayed in a special list that attracts additional attention. This will allow you to concentrate on it in the first place and quickly catch up.

According to Online Financial Solutions, the main convenience of the Deal Management configuration is that all work in the CRM subsystem takes place literally on one screen: everything is at hand, it is always clear what needs to be done right now, and what can be done later. At the same time, due to the special approach of PlanFix to the construction of the company's information system, this configuration can be finalized and developed as the requirements for it grow. Importantly, all changes in the system are made without programming and are available to the account administrator. This is due to the fact that CRM in the PlanFix is not something specific and isolated: the "Deal Management" configuration is a structure assembled from standard elements intended for the work of the sales department, and, like other standard configurations, can be changed at any time and finalized by the responsible employee of the company, explained in the development company.

Integration with Viber Public Accounts

The PlanFix management system has the ability to integrate with the public accounts of the Viber messenger. Any company or brand can create a public Viber account for themselves to communicate with their customers and fans. In addition to publishing marketing materials to a wide audience, a public Viber account can be used as a means of feedback, to accept orders or complaints. PlanFix provides a tool for collecting and processing such user requests received through Viber.

According to company representatives, PlanFix can accept any content sent by Viber users: text, photos, videos, geometry, doodles (viber doodles) and even drawings that they can draw with their fingers on the phone screen. All this falls into the "PlanFix" and is processed by employees of the support or sales department according to the configured rules.

Due to the versatility of PlanFix, depending on the need and settings in the company's account, each client's message can become a new transaction, application, ticket, etc. Employees responsible for a particular direction are connected to it, who can communicate with the client and colleagues, connecting them to quickly resolve the issue. At the same time, only messages addressed to him will go to the messenger to the client, and all internal communication between the company's employees will remain available only to them, the company explained.

2016

Integration of Megafon and Mango telephony

On November 29, 2016, Online Financial Solutions Inc announced the integration of the PlanFix platform with virtual PBX services provided by Megafon and Mango Telecom.

According to the companies, their customers can enter PlanFix via IP channels and get additional amenities:

  • receiving information about the caller,
  • the history of his previous appeals,
  • information about the last contact, etc.

This helps the employee who took the call to quickly clarify the situation and delve into the essence of negotiations[1] contact[1]

The second component of integration is the possibility of outgoing calls to subscribers directly from the transaction section, a production request, an approval document and other objects that the owner of the PlanFix account configures in the system to support his business processes.

These mechanisms work in the CRM unit and in the departments and divisions of the company:

  • logistics,
  • production,
  • supply, etc.

All records of conversations with customers, contractors, suppliers, other counterparties can be stored in the "PlanFix" and subjected to analysis and processing in accordance with the business processes configured in the system.

For IP telephony service providers that are not yet integrated into PlanFix directly, an API has been released that will help integrate with PlanFix on its part and provide service users with an additional alternative to processing incoming and outgoing calls.

PlanFix now integrates with MailChimp and Unisender

The PlanFix enterprise management system has the ability to integrate with MailChimp and Unisender email services. The system allows you to maintain an arbitrary number of contact lists that can be combined according to any characteristics. Now it is possible to automatically export such a list to the selected distribution service. After the integration is installed, the contact filter in PlanFix and the distribution list in the selected service become connected - each contact that falls into the configured filter in PlanFix automatically appears in the distribution list of the mail service. If for some reason the contact disappears from the filter in the "PlanFix" (deleted, stopped meeting the filter criteria, etc.), it automatically disappears from the distribution list in the integrated service.

The expanded capabilities of PlanFix for contact management allow you to support filters not only for a complex set of conditions, but also to use automatic scripts so that contacts who have performed certain actions in the system - for example, those who have new tasks, or vice versa - the specified time was not active.

In addition to operations with mailing lists, PlanFix allows you to receive responses to sent messages and process them using customized scenarios: connect the necessary employees, send various auto-responses, distribute them by type, projects, etc. Additional convenience of this work gives the ability to create an unlimited number of virtual e-mail addresses in PlanFix. By linking such a virtual address to a distribution list, the user is able to set separate response processing rules for this type of distribution.

Telephony in PlanFix

On October 27, 2016, Online Financial Solutions Inc announced the inclusion of telephony in the PlanFix enterprise management system in the format of integration with virtual PBXs.

According to the developer company, this approach helps in using telephony familiar to users and additional features - automatic appearance of information about the calling contact in the system, outgoing calls directly from the system, automatic saving of telephone conversation records for subsequent listening and development[2].

Telephone communications can be used both in the work of the sales department or support service, and in any business process:

  • project management,
  • the work of the dispatcher
  • relationships with contractors,
  • relationship with freelancers
  • in other aspects of the activity.

According to the developers, the use of telephony will not entail additional costs - integrations are connected free of charge for all customers of the service.

At the first stage, system users can integrate with Binotel, onlinePBX, Sipuni and Zadarma virtual PBXs.

The company announced the replenishment of this list through services: Mango, Megafon, OKtel, Telfin and others.

2013: PlanFix

PlanFix is a service created to automate work on projects, task lists, assignments, monitoring and control business processes. The product helps you track and notify you of planned business and events, meetings, and negotiations.
