Citeck AI Assistant is a built-in chat assistant based on large language models (LLM), which works directly in the interface of SL Soft FabricaONE.AI Citeck products (shareholder - Softline Group of Companies). It accelerates the routine work of different departments, performs tasks on documents and applications and helps in the creation of business applications. The development of our own product portfolio is part of the strategy of Softline Group of Companies.

The capabilities of a smart assistant are divided into two types: basic and working with business applications. The first includes the usual AI functions: comparing and analyzing documents, intelligent search, generating answers, displaying prompts, selecting similar appeals, and so on. In the second case, users without programming skills can create and edit business applications even faster and easier than before - by sending a natural language request to the chat.

The assistant is built into all Citeck products and is called by a button from the top panel. In the natural language dialog box, you can ask about the work of the product, ask to check the counterparty, or find a document and formulate other tasks. The creation of a business process works in the same way - it is enough for the assistant to give basic information, and he will offer his option based on the context he knows. In particular, he himself distributes roles among employees, relying on the organizational structure of the company. You can send additional instructions to the wizard, such as adding tasks, notifications, or timers to the process diagram. The result can be modified manually or run immediately. The assistant understands the BPMN notation and knows how No-Code and Low-Code Citeck tools function. Thus, the business processes created by him are efficient and executable.
