Integration of Avito and Telegram

CraftTalk has expanded the capabilities of its HR systems for mass recruitment. Now the multifunctional AI assistant of the HR service with GPT technology, sharpened for the automation of routine operations when hiring blue collars, provides seamless integration of the Avito and Telegram services. The developer announced this on May 21, 2024.

Thanks to direct integration, there is no need to use the intermediate transfer of a candidate to the WhatsApp messenger. Thus, the employer, when automatically moving from Avito to Telegram, receives quick contact with the candidate, while preserving all previously received information about him from Avito. The employer's chatbot can immediately begin the necessary communication according to the most suitable scenario, for example, primary testing or answers to routine questions about a job. AI assistant from CraftTalk will be able to share infographics in the form of a picture or other information file with the candidate, process documents from the applicant and bring him to the final interview with the specialist. The company noted that communication in Telegram allows HR services to work out in more detail and comprehensively the tasks of mass recruitment of personnel, where recruiters have to look at and conduct interviews on a huge number of resumes on a daily basis in order to close the staff turnover.

It is to solve the problems of hiring and accompanying mass personnel that the CraftTalk HR platform with a built-in AI assistant and GPT technology functions is sharpened.

The AI assistant from CraftTalk closes tasks such as:

  • Creating a database of resumes according to the necessary criteria from open sources (for example, it will fill out the candidate's questionnaire when he responds to a job advertisement on the job site (HH.ru, Superjob.ru, Avito.rabota, etc.);
  • Dropping the resume from the base according to the necessary criteria;
  • Communication with selected potential employees through channels convenient for companies: messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber) or social networks ( VK ). Immediately finds out whether the vacancy is relevant for each of them and will conduct an initial questionnaire;
  • Providing the candidate with comprehensive information on the vacancy and answering the most common questions;
  • Conduct initial testing of the employee;
  • Subsequently, the tasks of ondording and adaptation, training and testing of knowledge;
  • Performing exit interview tasks and more.

The functionality of the solution is built-in functions of the GPT assistant, when the program not only searches for an answer to a candidate's request for the company's knowledge base, but is also able to independently generate contextual answers for the candidate, as well as prompt the correct wording to the personnel service employee for a specific request or polite response options if the candidate does not fit. Note that CraftTalk GPT does not work in open space. Generative artificial intelligence is trained on data from the company's contour and does not leave it. This model allows you to fully use the company's information and not worry about its safety.

According to CraftTalk statistics: the HR assistant saves up to 70% of the HR specialist's time when initially working with vacancies in mass specialties. This effect is achieved by performing routine communication operations with applicants.

A significant decrease in the workload of HR services is noticeable at the stages of onboarding and training, as well as current communication on such issues as: providing certificates, processing questions on current vacations and other mandatory informing of employees.

According to the Skolkovo resident, an HR specialist will be able to save up to 70% of the time thanks to an HR assistant when initially working with vacancies in mass specialties.

The routine operations of HR specialists in communication with potential employees imply significant time costs, and thanks to the HR assistant, a significant reduction in the time for completing such tasks is achieved. Saving time also goes through the stages of onboarding, training, ongoing communication on issues such as the provision of certificates and other mandatory informing of employees.
