2023: Cooperation with I.S. Turgenev Oryol State University

CraftTalk on April 19, 2023 announced that it had become an official partner of the I.S. Turgenev Oryol State University. The company is actively working with the Department of Information Systems and Digital Technologies of the university.

For several years, CraftTalk has been interacting with Oryol State University. We attract students to practice and internships, and with a successful passage, then we take to the team of our development center in Orel. Now we will get even more deeply involved in the work of the Department of Information Systems and Digital Technologies of the university. 2022: Joining the Technology Companies Support and Development Union

On September 5, 2022, CraftTalk, the creator of the AI platform for text contact centers, a Skolkovo resident, joined the Union for the Support and Development of Technology Companies.

The non-profit organization Union for the Support and Development of Technology Companies (STK) was created to promote the interests of Russian IT companies in the SMB segment. According to statistics in Russia, more than 18 thousand IT companies that are not large, but at the same time are an integral part of the digital economy. The main task of the Union is to serve as a "link" connecting the interests, goals and values ​ ​ of domestic IT companies related to SMEs, the state and business.
