2025: Availability by Flexible Model "By Supply"

Utrace has expanded the industry focus of Data Governance's service. Now any company can establish a stable exchange of labeling data between internal corporate systems and Honest Sign with the assistance of experienced Utrace certified specialists. In addition, the service has become available according to the flexible "By Delivery" model, which is optimal for medium and small businesses with irregular logistics. The developer announced this on August 29, 2025.

Utrace's Data Governance service allows you to outsource all routine tasks related to managing product labeling data. As part of the service, the vendor provides the customer with certified specialists with deep expertise in the field of traceability systems and accounting for labeled products, as well as state digital labeling systems: GIS MT and MDLP.

The work of Utrace experts covers three key areas. Firstly, the tasks of specialists include operational support of the client. They manage data and processes both in customer systems and when interacting with government platforms - including monitoring the correctness and timeliness of information transfer, as well as processing initial errors.

Secondly, experts provide consulting support to the client: analyze processes and data, inform about legislative innovations, update documentation and user instructions. If necessary, they can participate in adapting internal business processes to the requirements of serialization and instance accounting. In addition, specialists help track errors, identify and solve problems related to the operation of labeling systems - including proactively.

Finally, Utrace sets up communication between all participants in the labeling process on the customer side - from warehouses and logistics to quality and IT departments. Their tasks include monitoring the fulfillment of tasks and compliance with deadlines.

Previously, Utrace's Data Governance service was only available to pharmaceutical and FMCG companies producing labeled products. With the transition to traceability of goods in most industries, the need for a service has increased. The vendor has made the service available to customers who work with all product categories subject to labeling.

The customer can purchase the service both on an ongoing basis and in the format of one-time sessions - from several times a year to daily operational support. One Data Manager has a standard workload of 160 hours per month, but flexible packages of 40. 80 or 120 hours are available. This makes the service available to small manufacturers and importers.

In addition, for companies in the SMB segment with irregular logistics, the vendor has provided a service model - "By Delivery." Customers can only pay for the resources they really need.

More and more product categories are subject to mandatory labeling requirements. In addition, many companies are moving to the next stage - the introduction of full traceability of goods, where any errors in reporting become critical. The Data Governance service helps our customers delegate routine work with data and processes related to labeling, thereby reducing the burden on their own employees and minimizing the risks of fines, "said Arif Hajiyev, director of Utrace client services.
