1C-KPD of iDecide: The workplace of the head on iPad is iPad client, a product for work in an electronic document management system 1C: Document Flow using the Apple tablet computer.

On February 25, 2014 the companies "1C-KPD" also Aydesayd announced an output to the Russian market of the application for work in EDMS 1C: Document Flow from the tablet device iPad.

Description

iPad client ensures a full-fledged work with documents in the 1C: Document Flow system from the iPad tablet computer.

Has the appendix visual and the intuitive interface developed especially for heads meets all requirements for simplicity and convenience. Software gives the chance to comment on documents using voice and text tags and also selection by a marker.

Appointment of contractors, determination of terms is available. All possibilities of the application remain in force, both in online, and in an oflaynrezhima: in the absence of communication with network all actions over documents remain in an internal memory of the device, and when resuming - go to a corporate system. Exchange happens on the protected https-channel and is ciphered using system mechanisms of Apple.

Target audience

The application is focused on heads whose mobility is not limited to office. The software solution underlines the status, reduces delays in decision making process, its use allows to give more time to strategic planning, family and rest.
