1C-Rarus: Control of motor transport. Passenger traffic and taxi

The solution is intended for automation of work of the enterprises rendering services of passenger traffic – bus fleets and taxi services. The configuration allows to solve the following problems in a complex: create and process waybills; calculate standards and the actual use of fuels and lubricants; calculate development in waybills by different parameters; keep account of road accident and insured events; calculate revenues according to waybills; keep account technical service and repair of vehicles; keep account of wear; create schedules of the movement of passenger runs; create analytical reports.

The software product has a possibility of consolidation in information base with the standard solutions "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management", "1C: Trade Management", "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". Also the configuration has potential of expansion of functionality due to integration into software products "1C-Rarus: Softphone" and "1C-Rarus: SMS Communicator".

From the moment of release in 2007 the product is constantly complemented with the new features answering to relevant requests of the taxi companies. Among the last completions of the program – an opportunity to conduct lists of "unwanted" clients and "unloved" drivers, sending the SMS, interaction with automatic telephone exchange and Call Center and also advanced functionality of attendant workstations and the manager, settlement with drivers.
