Software product "1C: Department of education" it is developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform in the mode of managed application and intended for the automated consolidation of data from subordinated educational institutions and preparation of the summary reporting at the level of governing body of education.

The help and assistance in development of a new solution Uzlovsky district of Tula region rendered Committee on Education of Administration of the municipal entity.

The configuration Department of education is delivered unprotected with the open code.

Main users of a system "1C: Department of education" are:

  • head of governing body of education and its deputies;
  • heads of departments of governing body of education;
  • staff of departments of governing body of education;
  • staff of subordinated organizations;
  • other employees of governing body of education.

Software product "1C: The department of education" represents the multifunction information management system primary activity of governing body of education and a set of functional subsystems, such as includes:

  • the abochy table – is intended for display of all instruments of work necessary for the user and can individually be configured for each user.
  • Office-work – the subsystem providing accounting and the structured storage of electronic documents.
  • The normative reference information – the subsystem intended for creation, editing and the information storage used and processed in other subsystems of the program.
  • Planning – one of the main subsystems providing accounting of actions, planning and registration of results of actions, the notification of participants by e-mail.
  • Consolidation of data – a subsystem which contains information on subordinated educational institutions is performed formation of statistic and analytical reports.
  • Setup and administration – the subsystem intended for management of the main settings of the program and also for start of mechanisms on integration with other systems.

Recommendations about implementation of the program

Program "1C: Department of education" it is intended for implementation in municipal governing body of education (for example, Department, Committee, Management, etc.). For work with the database it is possible to use file or client-server options of deployment, including to work through the web client, i.e. to address the database via any popular browser.

In subordinated educational institutions depending on type of organization it is reasonable to implement the following programs:

  • "1C: Preschool institution" – in preschool institutions of education;
  • "1C: Educational institution" – in educational institutions, including private educational institutions and organizations of additional education (for example, music school, etc.);
  • "1C: College" – in secondary vocational education institutions.

Use of specialized software products of 1C at the level of subordinated educational institutions will allow the staff of governing body of education to obtain at any time up-to-date information about activity of organizations with any extent of detailing and also to receive in electronic form and to prepare the summary consolidated statements.

Between a system "1C: Department of education" and solutions for subordinated organizations ("1C: Preschool institution", "1C: Educational institution", "1C: The college") can synchronization of data with use of the mechanism of web service is performed. This mechanism allows to work with data of subordinated organizations in the mode of web services when a common information space of governing body of education and all educational institutions is created, at the same time data of subordinated organizations are not stored in the database of a system "by 1C: Department of education".

Use of a complex of solutions of 1C for automation of administrative activity of governing body of education and subordinated organizations will allow:

  • provide municipal governing body of education of the instrument of online monitoring of activity of all subordinated organizations of education;
  • increase effective management of organizations of education, including due to advanced training of an administrative and management personnel and the pedagogical body;
  • provide support of rendering educational services in electronic form according to requirements of the legislation;
  • it is considerable to reduce labor costs by preparation of reports and providing other data, to get rid of the errors which are inevitably arising at manual processing of a large number of data;
  • increase control of activity of both the staff of department of education, and the staff of subordinated organizations.

Advantages of use of solutions on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform

The application solutions developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform are distinguished by the ergonomic interface, the developed construction tools of the analytical reporting, essentially new opportunities of the analysis and information search, high scalability and performance, modern approaches to integration, convenience of administration of a system.

The 1C: Enterprise 8.2 system implements work of users via the Internet in regime of the web client using the Internet browser running the Windows or Linux operating systems, including on mobile communication channels (GPRS).

1C: Enterprise 8.2 supports work with different DBMS – the file mode, the Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2, Oracle Database.

The 1C: Enterprise 8.2 server can function both in the environment of Microsoft Windows, and in the environment of Linux. It provides at implementation a possibility of the choice of architecture at which a system, and a possibility of use of open source software for operation of the server and the database will work.

1C: Enterprise 8.2 supports a possibility of setup of the application solution for reflection of specifics of work of specific organization:

  • using the mechanism of functional options using which fast setup of a system at implementation is performed, without change of the application solution,
  • using the start mode Configurator which provides visual development tools, designers and other mechanisms for change of the application solution.

Data protection

1C Company receives certificate of conformity No. 2137 of 7/20/2010 issued by FSTEC of Russia which confirms that the protected software package (PSP) "1C: Enterprise, version 8.2z" is recognized as the software tool of general purpose with the built-in information security tools from unauthorized access (NSD) to information which is not containing the data which are the state secret. Based on certification compliance to requirements of regulating documents for protection against NSD – the 5th class, on the level of absence control of not declared opportunities on the 4th level of control is confirmed, the possibility of use for creation of the automated systems (AS) to a class of security 1G is confirmed (i.e. AS providing confidential information protection in a LAN) inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems to class K1 inclusive.

The standard configurations developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform including Department of education, can be used during creation of a personal data information system of any class. Additional certification of the application solutions which are not information security tools the current legislation is not provided.
