ON 1C: Client E-DOCUMENT FLOW 8 is for organization electronic document management (EDM).

2025: Compatibility with Rutoken EDS 3.0

2016: Functionality "1C: EDO Client 8 "

The program "1C: EDO Client 8" is developed on the platform 1C:Enterprise 8"." Electronic documents can be exchanged through electronic document management invoice operators authorized by 1C"" and/or directly between enterprises.

Using the software helps:

• speed up the process of processing and processing documents within the company,
• reduce manual input and reduce errors at the receiving end,
• reduce the cost of supplies and mail delivery services,
• significantly increase the speed of document exchange between enterprises.

The program "1C: EDO Client 8" provides the opportunity to quickly start EDO using the exchange of electronic documents with counterparties, both autonomously and in interaction with the accounting system. The program focuses on a small number of electronic documents per month.

Program Functionality (June 2016)

• obtaining a new electronic signature key (through the 1C: Signature service);
• connection of the organization to EDM;
• sending e-mail invitations to its counterparties;
• autonomous creation of primary documents (TORG-12, Certificate of Work Performed, Certificate of Transfer of Rights) and invoices, as well as corrections and adjustments to them in formats corresponding to the current legislation;
• sending electronic documents to the counterparty;
• receiving electronic documents from the counterparty and viewing their contents;
• signing or rejecting an electronic document with an electronic signature;
• control of the stages of EDM passing with counterparties;
• exchange of arbitrary electronic documents (e.g. "Agreement" or "Reconciliation Act");
• storage of electronic documents.

The use of "1C: EDO Client 8" will allow to partially or completely refuse to exchange documents with counterparties in paper form.

The program maintains settings for exchange parameters with each counterparty separately (if necessary, you can drill down to the "Counterparty Agreement"), track connection statuses in automatic mode. To begin the exchange with the counterparty, you should send him an invitation to exchange and receive approval from him. All invitation work is also done in the program in Current Affairs.

The program provides the ability to integrate with an external accounting system.

The program provides for manual analysis of data on the received electronic documents in the group "Reflect in accounting." If you have set up with the accounting system, you can write the data from the electronic document directly to the accounting system. If there is no such connection or the electronic document does not require accounting, then it can simply be removed from the list of still unprocessed incoming documents.

All electronic documents automatically enter the Electronic Document Archive, where they can be found using various selections.

Any electronic document can be viewed in a user-friendly form, forwarded to the owner for review, printed or saved to disk for submission to external instances. There is also an opportunity to fill out an accompanying note to the counterparty, which will be transferred to the side of the recipient, or leave a comment for the employees of their company.

Service functions

The program allows you to configure backups in a user-friendly version. Also, the user can launch a search for the latest program updates and automatic installation after receiving them from the company's resources. 1C"" This allows the user to work always in the current version of the program.
