ASKOM-DOK

The software package "ASKOM-DOK", is developed by ASKOM Certification center for automation of electronic document management.

Distinctive feature of the solution "ASKOM-DOK" - a possibility of formation of legally significant electronic documents, conducting interdepartmental electronic document management.

In this software solution the ASKOM Certification center applied the latest technologies providing authenticity and unambiguous establishment of authorship of electronic documents: according to Federal law No. 1-FZ "About the electronic digital signature" use of the certified means of cryptographic information protection and the EDS at exchange of documents and data electronically on telecommunication channels is offered.

Security

In full accordance with requirements of regulating authorities of the company "ASK" also Aladdin R.D. provided the most reliable storage of key information and digital certificates due to application of electronic keys of eToken. The integrity and authorship of electronic documents at exchange between users using the EDS allow to guarantee the similar solution.

Full compatibility with security keys

Results of the carried-out tests confirmed full compatibility from program with the ASKOM-DOK complex of all line of electronic keys of eToken: eToken PRO/32K, eToken PRO/64K, eToken PRO72K (Java) in the form of an USB key or a smart card, eToken NG-OTP, eToken NG-FLASH.

Certification of means of protecting of integrity of documents

The electronic keys of eToken and the software of eToken PKI Client 5.1 SP1 functioning running Microsoft Windows are an information protection software and hardware from unauthorized access and can be used during creation of automated systems to a class of security 1G inclusive and ISPDN up to 1 class inclusive.

2013: For protection the eToken technology is recommended

On November 27, 2013 the Aladdin R.D. company announced completion of testing of system operation of electronic document management of "ASKOM-DOK" with means of authentication and storage of key information of eToken regarding integrity and consistency of information.

As a result of the carried-out tests the products eToken are recommended for storage of keys of the strengthened qualified electronic signature (ES) when conducting legally significant electronic document management in the ASKOM-DOK system.

The technology in systems implemented by ASKOM Certification center provides solving of tasks, the economic entities arising from a contactless electronic method of interaction with state bodies:

• ensuring unambiguous identification of the sender of documents;
• protection of the electronic document against unauthorized distortion;
• protection of the electronic document against unauthorized viewing;
• ensuring automatic loading of electronic documents in information systems;
• correct permission of potentially possible conflict situations connected with interpretation of date of submission of electronic documents.
