Support for prefabricated cargo and cargo
The ATI.SU Freight Exchange has simplified work with cargo collection and cargo loads. Now several cargoes with different routes can be sent as part of one request, which simplifies and speeds up the work of users. The company announced this on October 11, 2023.
Previously, cargo owners had to issue separate applications for transportation for each cargo on the "ATI.SU Freight Exchange." With the updated functionality, they will be able to send several items at once within the framework of one application for transportation, which will allow them to significantly minimize routine operations related to this task.
Also, a special option for carriers has appeared in the updated version of the service - now if the carrier wants to track the collected cargo or cargo, he does not need to receive them from one customer and form separate applications for the driver to track each cargo. The carrier can independently collect several cargoes from different cargo owners and send an application for tracking to its driver in the ATI Driver application. All cargo data: type, weight, volume, and most importantly, loading and unloading points - will fall into the driver's application, and he will be able to go to order without unnecessary questions. If they appear, the driver will be able to ask about them directly in the chat of the application.
Transportation by cargo and prefabricated cargo is one of the most profitable options for Exchange users, from a financial point of view. Therefore, we set ourselves the task of developing a convenient interaction scheme for everyone. We created a simple interface on the site and in the application for this type of cargo and simplified as much as possible all the formal requirements for issuing applications, "said Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange. |
The ability to find out where the machines are by SMS
On May 11, 2023, the ATI.SU Freight Exchange announced an additional feature of the ATI Driver transport monitoring service. Now logicians can find out by SMS at any convenient time where the company's cars are, without distracting the driver from the road.
Previously, the service provided the ability to track transport only using the ATI Driver mobile application and Wialon sensors. This monitoring method notifies the exact location of the driver via SMS through the online GPS control service Movizor.
Some drivers are not ready to install the tracking app on their phone, despite being free. Reasons for failure: the phone's battery is quickly discharged, the smartphone lacks technical capabilities, or the driver simply does not have enough skills or time to understand.
This full-fledged tool, which complements and expands the functionality of the ATI Driver service, requires the driver to have a one-time permission to track the geoposition by phone number. After that, the logist can at any time request the sending of SMS notifications about the exact coordinates of the vehicle in real time.
This tool saves the logistics specialist a lot of time. Having compiled a notification calendar once, you can automatically receive the necessary data on a schedule to track the current location of the driver on the map and the history of his movements at a convenient time.
The ATI Driver monitoring tool helps ATI.SU users ensure transparency and safety of cargo transportation, as well as optimize logistics processes. And it confirms its demand - as of May 2023, the service shows a monthly increase in users at 15%, - said Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange. |
Launch of GPS transport monitoring service
ATI.SU Freight Exchange"" announced on February 13, 2023, the launch of the ATI GPS transport Driver monitoring service. This is a full-fledged tool to ecosystem in ATI.SU, helping to track cars and status on the transportations map, make them safer and more transparent. Monitoring is available in and. Russia countries CIS
ATI Driver carriers allow you to streamline and automate work with drivers, control arrivals, departures and delays, which helps to be protected from. penalties consignors
The logistic manager will always be aware of the status of transportation, will be able to find the location of the transport on the map in a few clicks, as well as share a link to an online map with geolocation with the customer of the transportation. This has a positive effect on the trust and reputation of the company.
The service provides for three types of monitoring: the free mobile application "ATI Driver," monitoring by phone number (via SMS) with the integration of the Movizor service and through GPS sensors integrated with the Wialon monitoring system .
In the first case, when creating a transportation request in the "Orders to You" section, it is necessary to indicate the name and phone number of the driver. After that, he will receive an SMS to his number with reference to downloading applications "ATI Driver." It will be available data about all applications assigned to the driver. The application is completely free and available for devices with. It can OS Android also be downloaded from the sites,,. Google Play RuStore Nash Store
The driver will be able to take an application for work and change the status of transportation, the movement of a car with cargo will be displayed on the map. Questions about the progress of the request and the location of the cargo can be discussed with the driver in the chat. If you share the data from the "ATI Driver" with the customer-participant of the Exchange, then he will see the status of transportation and the card. Counterparties who are not registered on ATI.SU will be able to see the movement of cargo on the map in the browser of their phone or computer.
The second way to monitor is by phone number through integration with the Movizor service. This is the most famous way of monitoring users, as it saves time on calls, provides for minimal interaction with carriers and practically eliminates the human factor. To display the coordinates of the transport on the map, it is enough for the manager to add the driver to the Company's Directories and request access to the geoposition, and for the driver to approve it for free once in an SMS notification. This mechanism also helps drivers: tracking via SMS reduces the number of calls from the manager and the driver can focus on driving the car.
Another type of transport tracking available to Exchange participants is through Wialon GPS sensors mounted on the car. To start it, you need to add a transport with sensors to the "Reference" data section (the function is available only for trucks or tractors), then log in to the Wialon system and assign transportation requests. In this case, the driver does not need to install the application, the location will be broadcast to the map without his participation. Cargo movements can be shared with customers. After the order is completed, the entire tracking history will be available.
Thus, the ATI Driver service allows you to choose the most convenient type of monitoring and, thanks to GPS tracking of vehicles, track all transportation in one window, on the map online.
This full-fledged ATI Driver monitoring service helps ATI.SU users secure transportation and be prepared for unforeseen situations. It is convenient to track cars and order statuses on the map with it, so customers may not worry about the cargo and always know where it is. This is a popular tool that increases the transparency of cargo transportation and allows you to quickly control all their stages, commented Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

2022: Simultaneous order tracking and integration with the Wialon system
On April 27, 2022, the Cargo Transportation Exchange company ATI.SU announced that the ATI Driver service was supplemented with functionality that is important for. logisticians Added the ability to track on the interactive to the online map directly on the "ATI.SU Exchange" at the same time all active orders, while before that only one order could be selected. Thanks to this, the logician manager is always aware of the location of vehicles and the status of the order execution.
Active orders can be filtered by business unit, responsible manager, status, and data source immediately on the common map.
The user experience of tracking a car through Wiaon system sensors has also been improved - ATI.SU has many users who install such devices on their vehicles. The web service page has become more convenient and intuitive for them.
The service is aimed at carriers and shippers who want to control transportation, as well as save money and time for employees on calls to the contractor. It allows you to clarify various issues that arise in the process: delivery of cargo where it is, car loading/unloading time, sending confirmation of the location of transport the funds to the customer, etc.
Carrier companies and cargo owners with an account on the Exchange, in order to connect monitoring, it is enough to indicate in the order for the transportation of the driver with the installed application "ATI Driver" or a vehicle with a sensor integrated with the Wialon monitoring system. After that, the driver who confirmed the order will see in the appendix all the necessary details of transportation: the coordinates of the loading/unloading points, comments on the order and contact information. It will also be able to go from the application to any convenient navigator.
Immediately after the order is taken into operation, the location of the vehicle will begin to be displayed on the interactive map. Its movement is monitored GPSGLONASS by the/-module smartphone in or through the Wialon system sensor if it is installed on itself. to the car
The ATI Driver service is free for users and has been developing as part of the ATI.SU Exchange ecosystem since autumn 2020. During this time, developers have added functions to it several times to improve efficiency.
"Transport monitoring is one of the most dynamically developing services of the Exchange, and one of the most popular. In conditions when disruptions occur in supply chains, issues related to tracking the current status of cargo delivery have come to the fore. Both cargo owners and carriers are interested in ensuring that the delivery process is as transparent as possible. This allows you to quickly respond to changes in delivery times and adjust agreements, " comments Sviatoslav Wilde, founder and manager of ATI.SU Freight Exchange |
2021: Ability to track cargo even if the driver is not online
The ATI Driver service has additional tools for working with orders. This was announced on April 29, 2021 by ATI.SU. Now the logist can share a link to tracking with the customer, and a convenient chat allows him to exchange documents and photos with the driver. Also, the application now tracks the cargo, even if the driver is not online, and sends the latter push notifications reminding you to change the status of the order.
The ATI Driver application has been part of the ATI.SU ecosystem since autumn 2020. It allows you to track the location of the cargo on the map in real time. The logist of the carrier company sends the order to the driver directly into the application, he opens access to his geoposition.
The ATI.SU Freight Exchange is developing the service as a free internal tool for cargo owners and logicians, which simplifies the process of tracking orders, since not all drivers have special monitoring systems.
The application aroused great interest among users, and the development team made a number of improvements to it in order to take it to a different level. Thanks to the improvements, ATI Driver has become a universal service for working with orders and drivers.
Now external users who are not registered on the Exchange can interact with the service. First, logicians can add to the app and track any orders even received outside the ATI.SU Exchange. Second, they can share a link to cargo tracking with any forwarding agent or customer.
In the application, logicians can store everything information about transportation in one place. This was made possible by the built-in chat. It allows you to stay in touch with the driver and exchange documents with him without using third-party. messengers This is convenient not only for logicians, but also for carriers, since they also receive all information about the order using one application.
The developers also took into account the peculiarities of the work of drivers: for example, the possible absence of a network on some tracks. If the driver does not go online, the application still continues to track his movements. Since GPS and GLONASS work without binding to the Internet, ATI Driver collects data and, when connected to the network, transmits it to the server. Another feature of the driver's work is the various circumstances on the way, due to which he can forget to update the order status. In this case, the application will send him a reminder: if the loading date is suitable, that it is time to take the order, if the unloading date is that it is time to complete it. This update also benefits logicians, as they will always know the current status of the deal.
At the same time, the work of the application is not tailored exclusively for long-distance transportation: even if the cargo owner needs to transport goods from one district of the city to another, he can track the movement of the driver and make sure that everything is in order with the order. The service works anywhere, Russia as well as countries CIS in and, Europe where it is possible to use GPS.
It seems that monitoring is an advantage for cargo owners and carrier companies, but this is not entirely true. In fact, the app is equally useful for both them and drivers. Indeed, various unforeseen situations can occur along the way, and order tracking is a kind of guarantee for the latter. For example, data from the application can confirm that the driver arrived at the unloading on time. Unlike other tracking applications, ATI Driver allows you to fully manage all stages of order fulfillment - from receiving and receiving documents to closing, without using other services. In addition, the service is completely free. To use it, you just need to download, which is very convenient for small companies or self-employed drivers, - comments Svyatoslav Wilde, manager of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange. |
2020
Ability to create "one-sided" orders
On the "ATI.SU Freight Exchange" it became possible to create "one-sided" orders. This became known on November 9, 2020.
Now carrier companies can independently add any of their orders to the site, even those that were received outside the Exchange. This gives them the opportunity to send any order to the ATI Driver application to track the cargo on the map, as well as keep records of all their traffic in one place.
Previously, it was possible to create an order on the ATI.SU Freight Exchange only with the participation of two users - the shipper and the carrier. The first had to invite the carrier to fulfill the order, and the second had to accept it. Accordingly, if the cargo owner was not registered on the Exchange or sent orders to the carrier through mail or messenger, then the carrier did not receive an order on the site and was deprived of the opportunity to use the ATI Driver application. This application is integrated with the Exchange: with the help of it, the logist of the carrier company receives up-to-date information about the cargo and can track its movement on the map online.
In order for carriers to freely use ATI Driver when working with any order, the ATI.SU Freight Exchange provided them with the opportunity to create "one-sided" orders. Now, on the "Orders to you" tab or in the drivers' directory, the contractor can place an order on his own, without the participation of the second party - for this he needs to fill out the main information about the cargo and conditions of transportation. After that, he can save the order or, if the driver was selected during the registration of the cargo, immediately send information to him in the application and start monitoring. Once the shipment is complete, the "one-sided" order can be put into the "pending payment" status and then archived - that is, work with it in the same way as the standard order that the shipper forms.
The update does not affect the work of the ATI Driver application: drivers will not be able to see which order they received - normal or "one-sided."
We added the possibility of creating "one-sided" orders, since many carriers who use the services of the Exchange would like to track all their orders, and not just those received through our website. In addition, they can now store all information about all shipments, including documents, invoices, order history - in one place. This greatly simplifies the accounting and generation of various reports. In the future, we plan to expand the capabilities of our analytical tools so that they work with "one-sided" orders, - comments Svyatoslav Wilde, manager of the "ATI.SU Freight Exchange." |
Release of the application
The Freight Exchange ATI.SU has released application to monitor the transportation process. This became known on September 7, 2020.
Cargo owners are interested in tracking their orders, so they prefer to cooperate with carriers who regularly report on their location. However, not all drivers have special and often expensive monitoring systems. In this case, it becomes difficult to track the movement of cargo: its owner or logistics of the carrier company can only call the driver, which is not very convenient for everyone.
To simplify the process of monitoring the fulfillment of orders, the ATI.SU Freight Exchange has released a separate ATI Driver application. It is available on Google Play, for its use the driver must be registered on ATI.SU. The service works according to a simple scheme. The logist of the carrier company accepts the order from the cargo owner on the Exchange and sends it to one of its drivers directly into the application. He receives all information about transportation - time and place of loading, route, contacts - without unnecessary calls and correspondence. If the driver registers on the stock exchange as a carrier, he also accepts the order from the cargo owner, receives from him all the transportation data that he sends to his application.
When the driver starts fulfilling the order, he just needs to turn on GPS on his mobile, open the application to access the location and change the statuses. If he forgets to update the information, the application will remind him of the change of status. Thanks to this, the logist always knows at what stage the order is being completed, and sees the movement of the cargo on the map in real time. Also, the logist can open access to tracking for the cargo owner or forwarding agent. If the driver cooperates with the customer directly, he provides access to tracking to the cargo owner on his own.
There is also a chat in the application, where the logist and the driver can communicate with each other, send photos or the necessary documents like a pass to the customer's territory.
All information that the transport participants exchange through the application is reliably protected. We also made sure that the customer and the logist received only reliable data: for example, if the driver turned on a mode on the smartphone that replaces the real geoposition, ATI Driver will notice this and warn them. In the future, we plan to expand the capabilities of the service so that logicians can send drivers orders received not only through the Exchange, - comments Svyatoslav Wilde, manager of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange. |
