2022: Marketplace launch

Ak Bars Bank launched its own marketplace with payment of up to 100% of the cost of purchases with loyalty program points. Loyalty and Media Group announced this on June 6, 2022.

The marketplace is integrated with the partner API of the GoPoints platform, which provides seamless transition and user authorization, payment for goods with points and accrual of points for purchases on the site paid in rubles.

A large line of goods from official distributors is available on the marketplace: electronics, household appliances, smartphones and gadgets, accessories, gifts and much more. All goods are covered by the official warranty from the manufacturer. Orders can be paid cashless with a card or bonuses under the "Cream" loyalty program.

The integration of the marketplace with Ak Bars Bank's Cream loyalty program was implemented thanks to the partner API of the GoPoints digital loyalty platform developed by Loyalty and Media Group (LMG). As of June 2022, LMG provides processing and filling of loyalty programs for a number of Russian banks on the basis of its own digital platform GoPoints. But it was Ak Bars Bank that was the first to take advantage of the opportunities for integration with its own marketplace. The flexibility and independence of the GoPoints digital platform from foreign software vendors allows Russian banks to rely on it to build their own loyalty programs and integrated ecosystems in the face of sanctions risks.

GoPoints solves a whole range of customer tasks: from product settings to client interfaces. In addition to the technology, GoPoints is a universal integration hub that has already collected bonus programs and special offers from leading federal brands, supporting various mechanics of interaction with these brands for customer and end-user companies.

The integration of the marketplace with the Cream program is a continuation of the cooperation of Loyalty and Media Group with Ak Bars Bank to form the bank's ecosystem based on the GoPoints platform.
