JSC PO Elektropribor of the Avtomatika Concern (part of the Roselectronics holding of the Rostec State Corporation) has mastered the production of wall and ceiling bactericidal air purifiers. Recirculators can be used both in residential premises and in production, as well as in medical institutions, and importantly - in the presence of people. The Avtomatika Concern announced this on July 1, 2022.

Wall and ceiling cleaners are designed to disinfect indoor air in order to reduce bacterial levels and create conditions to prevent the spread of infectious disease agents. Recirculators irradiate the air with special lamps with ultraviolet radiation, the wavelength of which is 253.7 nm. It was chosen based on the characteristics of the lamps used, and has the most destructive effect on pathogens of infectious diseases. A fan is built into each product, through which air is circulated. The ceiling cleaner can be produced in two versions: with and without a built-in lamp.

2020: Recirculator development

JSC PO Elektropribor, part of the Avtomatika Concern of Rostec State Corporation, developed an ultraviolet bactericidal recirculator during the pandemic, designed to disinfect air in the premises and prevent the spread of pathogens of infectious diseases. This was announced on September 15, 2020 by the Avtomatika Concern.

The recirculator can be used at home, in schools, offices, in technical and warehouse premises. Safe operation of the device is possible in the presence of humans and animals, as well as in the premises where plants are located.

The principle of operation of the recirculator is based on the irradiation of air with lamps with ultraviolet bactericidal radiation, destructive for microorganisms and safe for humans. Air is passed through recirculator housing by means of installed fan.
