Inclusion in the Register of Russian Software
Avantelecom on July 22, 2024 announced the inclusion of the Sphere communications management platform in the Register of Russian software. The product entered the category of contact center management tools and received confirmation of the presence of artificial intelligence in the system.
The digital communication management platform "Sphere" is included in the Register of Russian software. The product solves communication problems, primarily in the segment of large business and the public sector. The Sphere platform is suitable for both small contact centers and large ones - with an unlimited number of operators, for example, such as a single service 122, hotlines of heads of regions, and so on. On the basis of the software, regional contact centers and hotlines of heads of cities and regions of the Russian Federation, including city, regional and regional administrations, executive authorities, federal services and agencies, as well as their regional representative offices, can be organized.
The Sphere software is implemented in a modular format. The core of the platform is a software IP-PBX, which allows you to build fault-tolerant and geographically distributed telephony networks. Based on the solution, a single service 122 has already been implemented in 13 regions of the Russian Federation. With the help of additional modules, a platform solution is assembled that allows you to control the work of departmental contact centers in the "one window" format and automate work with citizens' appeals. The platform includes artificial intelligence technologies, including modules for configuring voice assistants and voice analytics based on a neural network, which allows you to automatically analyze 100% of the dialogs. The system allows in a single window format to close all the needs of government organizations and large businesses to build reliable communication networks and customer-centric platforms for interaction with customers and the population.
The Sphere platform is compatible with a wide variety of Linux-based operating systems and certified FSTEC, and also allows you to work with any telecom equipment, including proprietary equipment from Western vendors. Red OS Compatibility
Avantelecom LLC and Red Soft LLC signed a certificate of compatibility of the Sphere digital communications management platform with the domestic Red OS operating system. Red Soft announced this on March 14, 2024.
The results of the passed test confirmed that the platform components work correctly, and the software product can be used without restrictions. Compatibility is confirmed by the appropriate certificate.
Together, these products are an end-to-end solution for the import-independent management of communications in government and business.

Integration with CraftTalk AI Platform
CraftTalk and Avantelecom became technological partners. The companies integrated their own flagship products and launched a pilot project combining call center capabilities and chatbot management technologies. The omnichannel platform allows you to manage the history of calls in "one window" mode and automate the processing of typical requests in all communication channels using artificial intelligence.
