2024: Launch of its own delivery network, implementation of its own air defense for PVZ owners

Avito launches its delivery network and implements its own software for point of delivery (PVZ) owners. The company told about this on March 7, 2024.

We are talking about the introduction of the Avito Branded Delivery function, which will allow PVZ to directly connect to Avito Delivery and cooperate with the platform. In April 2024, Avito will launch a personal account and special software for PVZ, where it will be possible to conduct operations to receive and issue shipments and interact with different delivery services. In addition, during 2024, it is planned to launch options that allow owners of order points to track profitability, maintain financial statements and receive business analytics.

Delivery between points will be carried out by logistics providers who most fully meet Avito's requirements for terms, quality of work and tariffs. The first of the connected will be Logsis, in the future the partner pool will expand. Avito will monitor and control the quality of delivery.

Previously, points of issue of orders could connect to the Avito Delivery network only through a logistics partner (SDEK, Russian Post, BoxBerry, DPD, 5post, Yandex Delivery, Exmail, etc.) - the owner of the network, its technical solutions and legal registration. They will now be able to do this directly using the Avito Branded Delivery option. Thus, in Avito Delivery there will be more points for receiving and issuing orders within walking distance. Avito users when making a delivery will see these points on the map as Avito, along with points from other delivery services. When choosing delivery to PVZ, designated as "Avito," the seller will receive a notification that the order has been completed and it must be handed over to one of the network points in his city.
