2022: Full-fledged "digital assistant" to the head of the regional financial body
On January 10, 2023, BFT-Holding, a Russian developer of software products and custom solutions for the public sector and business, expanded its portfolio of solutions working in conjunction with the line of ACC systems. Users now have access to the updated BFT.TOP system for online electronic signature of documents, as well as the expanded functionality of the accounts payable accounting unit.
According to the company, the updated BFT.TOP system is a full-fledged "digital assistant" to the head of the regional financial body, who helps him collect the necessary documents from integrated information systems and quickly sign them with an electronic signature.
The prerequisite for the development of the system was the modern practice of digital management, which in recent years has developed in the financial authorities of the country. Thus, legally significant electronic document flow penetrates deeper into everyday work, and more and more requirements for decision-making efficiency are imposed on managers. In this regard, it is important to provide them with a reliable digital tool that can quickly close the tasks of paperless signing of documentation.
The BFT.TOP system functions in conjunction with the ADC-Finance, ADC-Planning and ACC-Goskaz systems and works on the principle of "three clicks." So, at the first stage, the manager is authorized in the system, so that his account is automatically associated with the necessary IT systems. At the second stage, according to the principle of a single window, he gets access to all the necessary documents. Here he can use the tools for searching, filtering or sorting documents by thematic folders, as well as set up document classes that are convenient for him. At the third stage, the manager can either sign the selected document or refuse to sign it. At the same time, the system will invite him to choose the reason for the failure in order to justify his action.
The functionality of the BFT.TOP system includes a number of popular features. Among them are viewing documents with all their details and attachments, determining priority, mass signing of a list of documents, viewing previously imposed signatures with verification, transferring information about signing to source systems and many other possibilities. As a result of the implementation of the system, the financial body receives a single entry point and control over the process of signing documents in the "digital."
Another addition to the product family of BFT-Holding systems was the implementation of expanded capabilities of the accounts payable accounting subsystem in the conditions of mandatory electronic billing. The prerequisite for the development was changes in the 44-FZ "On the Contract System," which designate electronic acting as a mandatory condition for the execution of contracts concluded based on the results of electronic procedures. These rules oblige the customer and the supplier to draw up acceptance documents in electronic form through a single information system in the field of procurement (UIS).
Thanks to the implemented functionality, information about the superimposed electronic signature on the document comes from the UIS through the "ACC-Goskaz" system to "ACC-Finance." Next, the system will be able to display a large block of related information necessary for competent management analysis. It includes the fact of the payment carried out, information on the execution of the contract, checking the data for compliance with the UIS data, recording the results of the reconciliation. In addition, the system will also generate reports on the execution of contracts in terms of delivery facts or accounts payable.
As a result of the implementation of the solution, employees of the financial body will be able to save time on identifying inconsistencies between the data from the UIS and ADC-Finance, as well as minimize the number of errors related to the human factor when performing such a reconciliation.
2020: Announcement of "BFT. Top "
On December 7, 2020, BFT announced that it had developed the BFT.TOP system. A single list of signature documents from all connected systems is being formed in the digital space of the proposed solution. You can familiarize yourself with the documents, check them, sign or delegate it to your deputies.
According to the company, BFT.TOP eliminates problem points that interfere with the efficiency of processes and efficiency of work when signing documents. To get prompt access to the necessary documents, the manager simply logs into the BFT.TOP system. Through the interface, you can view documents along with all their details and attachments, group them, and independently determine the priority. You can also view previously signed signatures. The search and filtering system is working.
Color design will tell you at what stage of approval the document is currently at. There is a notification system, including sending messages to the manager's mail. It is customizable individually. In the BFT.TOP system, documents are checked and signed, it is possible to mass sign a list of documents.
The solution has a number of features:
- Proactivity and responsiveness. The number of expired documents is reduced by a custom alert system. Quick access to documents is provided, and sorting them by priority will allow you to perform tasks on time and not violate regulations.
- Simple and intuitive interface. The solution is as easy to navigate as possible, the user is required to take a minimum number of actions.
- Integration with systems. The solution is already working with ADC-Finance, ADC-Planning and ACC-State Order. It is possible to connect other information systems to it using the provided API.
