2020: Submission of the solution "BFT. Storage"

On March 5, 2020 the BFT company provided one of elements of a technology platform "The digital region" — the solution for long data storage, the organization of online access to them and also their detailed analysis "to BFT. Storage". First of all this product is directed to the solution of a broad spectrum of analytical tasks and support of acceptance of management decisions.

"BFT. The storage" is a software product which allows regional and municipal authorities to solve analytical problems, to prepare any reporting and also to carry out the complex analysis of key indicators of activity of the region, local government authorities and public authorities. "BFT. The storage" allows to improve quality and to automate process of the solution of large volume of analytical tasks that considerably increases quality of management decisions, consider in BFT

According to the developer, based on the solution "BFT. Storage" ample opportunities for data analysis and creation of reports are implemented:

• ready library of basic reports;
• creation of an OLAP cubes and widgets;
• accumulation, storage and updating of data from the ATsK systems and external sources;
• termless storage of all loaded data for the entire periods of time;
• formation of reports necessary for the user by the set parameters;
• the analysis of indicators in different cuts;
• visual representation of data in different cuts in the configured analytical panels (dashborda);
• export of reports in different formats (xlsx, pdf, docx, etc.);
• long storage of electronic documents and their use at data analysis.

"BFT. The storage" can be used as together with products ATsK ("ADC-Finance", "ADC-Planning", ATsK-Monitoring OKV), and independently.

In a system "BFT. The storage" is an opportunity for work with data on all main directions of the budget sphere, such as: profitable and account parts of the budget, budget deficit financing sources, state programs and also interbudget transfers.

As noted in BFT, one of features of a system "BFT. The storage" is the fact that it allows to integrate data from an ecosystem of ATsK ("ADC-Finance", "ADC-Planning", ATsK-Monitoring OKV) and data from a number of external sources:

• Reports of Federal Treasury;
• The unified information system in the field of purchases (the Portal of Purchases);
• Uniform portal of a budget system of the Russian Federation (Electronic budget);
• Open data of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;
• Single Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System (SIISS);
• Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat);
• Portal of legal statistics of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation;
• Open data of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation;
• Unified register of small and medium-sized businesses;
• Open data of the Work in Russia portal.

BFT noted that there is an opportunity for expansion - amount of data and their sources it is not limited.

According to the statement of the developer, analytics tools "BFT. The storage" is opened by ample opportunities for the comprehensive analysis. In a system two tools of analytics are used:

1. Tool of the multidimensional analysis Planet of BI. Creation of reports is performed based on technology of an OLAP cubes, providing opportunities for comprehensive data analysis. The tool has preconfigured reports and also there is a possibility of independent report settings under the user's tasks.
2. the Tool for formation of procedural reports. Provides fast report generation in a preview window by the selected parameters, there is a base of the preconfigured reports on the basis of long-term data of a profitable and account part of local budgets by municipal districts and municipal entities. And also there is a connectivity of BFT.e-archive, allowing to store the unlimited volume of documents.

A system supports export of reports in the main formats: XLSX, DOCX, PDF and others. All created documents automatically remain in the system of BFT.e-archive.

According to the solution designer, implementation "BFT. The storage" allows to solve a number of important problems, such as:

• Increase in quantitative and qualitative level of knowledge of key indicators of regional and municipal authorities.
