WaterGEMS is the application for modeling of water supply systems.

WaterGEMS can work in environments ArcGIS, AutoCAD and MicroStation or as the autonomous application. Possibilities of the WaterGEMS application — from modeling of a consumption of water at fire extinguishing, water qualities, the analysis of criticality and energy costs and before advanced optimization using the genetic algorithm, all this provides you to all necessary in the flexible multiplatform environment.

2014: New version of WaterGEMS

On September 16, 2014 the Bentley Systems company announced start of software of WaterGEMS for information modeling, design and the analysis of water supply systems.

The release of the version of WaterGEMS gives the chance of viewing data of SCADA, both in real time, and in last period, and allows to compare data of SCADA with data of results of modeling, including demonstration of alarm signals directly in hydraulic model. Hi-tech visualization tools allow creators of hydraulic models to monitor changes of signals of SCADA in response to events in real time similar to the screen of the human-machine interface (HMI) that allows them to control directly a situation and to optimize decision making process.

The version provides:

  • preparation of analyses of water quality on several components.
  • the publication of hydraulic models (including results) in the container i-model for use in Bentley Map Mobile, the application which works on tablets Android, iPad and iPad mini;
  • create models in the latests version of MicroStation, AutoCAD (including AutoCAD 2015) and ArcGIS (including ArcGIS 10.2).
