The RRC company, the Russian distributor of the hi-tech equipment and personal digital devices, submitted in September, 2016 to the Russian IT market the project, a cloud platform of Bento Cloud.
The product portfolio of Bento Cloud is separated in the directions: infrastructure, information security, business applications and joint work. Each of these directions is in permanent process of filling and includes services, popular in the market.
Obtaining the status Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) became a strategic step to implementation of the drawn-up plans. For the Bento Cloud project this cooperation is a stage of development which will allow to offer the partners such popular services as Office 365 and cloud infrastructure from Microsoft Azure.

The uniqueness of the Bento Cloud platform consists in approach to implementation of the scheme of sales and active management of cloud services. Within the platform the partner is given an opportunity: act as cloud service provider for the customers; create own service offers and service packages; manage sales of cloud services and solutions through online store under an own logo; manage financial activities; create document flow on its own behalf by a method of a single window according to the Russian legislation.

One of the main priorities in development of the direction is emphasis of attention to network of regional partners and geographical presence in regions of Russia. Focused on partners who work with customers in a segment of medium and small business, the Bento Cloud platform will promote increase in interaction and strengthening of business connections with the customers.

Ecwid sales
In May RRC announced expansion of a product portfolio of cloud services on the Bento Cloud platform and start of sales of cloud services of Ecwid company within the distribution agreement.
Sales of "MyWayhouse"
The RRC company in March, 2018 announced expansion of a product portfolio of cloud services within the Bento Cloud project and start of sales of MyWayhouse service.
"MyWayhouse" is the cloud service for trade management and an inventory control created for automation of small and medium business. The solutions "MyWayhouse" allows to manage sales and purchases, to control settlement, to work with the customer base and to keep an inventory control, to print all documents, necessary for business, according to requirements of the Russian legislation.
Target audience of Moyegosklad are business owners, the companies, small and average by the size, for which the significant role is played by lack of capital costs of acquisition of software products, their setup and administration. For larger enterprises use of the advanced functionality considering specifics of business is provided: consolidation of branches, warehouses, offices, sales points and setup of distribution networks.
Among the main features of Moyegosklad:
- ability to manage service through mobile applications for iOS and Android;
- control of all sales channels, outlets, warehouses and offices which are in a single system; * the lack of risks at start of service — training in work happens in service in 15 minutes; * round-the-clock customer support;
- economy of costs for IT infrastructure and the equipment (the payment is levied on a monthly basis according to the selected tariff plan);
- reliability data storage in data centers, located in To Moscow and St. Petersburg; * ability to integrate with such solutions and services, as IP telephony, applications of banks, CRM and CMS, "Yandex.Market";

Beginning of sales of BitTitan services
The RRC company, the international distributor of the hi-tech IT equipment, personal digital devices and the software, announced on October 3, 2017 expansion of a product portfolio of cloud services within the Bento Cloud project and the conclusion of the distribution agreement with BitTitan company.
The company offers a broad set of services within the MSPComplete platform which helps to automate each aspect of business: sales, provision of services, constant control and customer management. The main services MSPComplete include: cloud applicaions and tools of infrastructure, data analysis and calculation of cost, analysis of competitive products, archiving and migration of e-mail, data encryption.
Among features of the MSPComplete platform — an opportunity for suppliers of the managed services and partners of Microsoft company to carry out the procedure of transfer and deployment of cloud solutions quickly, without errors and it is strict according to the expected result. Such effect is reached due to use of the preconfigured and checked data translation process which facilitates planning, design, calculation and physical migration in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Process of migration and data management in a cloud was always a stumbling block for many partners, both beginners, and professionals in the cloud market. A waste of time on data transfer, existence of errors at transfer, the lack of automation and considerable labor costs are only the few restraining factors which prevent partners to develop the cloud direction at themselves in the companies — the Bento Cloud project manager Alexander Kolmykov noted. — At the same time, partners are interested in expansion of packets of the offered services. Start of sales of Microsoft Azure
On January 11, 2017 RRC announced the beginning of sales of Microsoft Azure service on model of a monthly subscription which became available within the automated Bento Cloud platform allowing partners to connect, manage and provide with bigger ease the customers cloud services.
Thanks to this updating the Bento Cloud platform from RRC can offer the partners Microsoft Azure services on a flexible basis of consumption and payment only for the consumed capacities (pay-as-you-go model) according to the Microsoft CSP program (Cloud Solution Provider) now. The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program allows Microsoft partners to expand opportunities in interaction with the customers, gives to partners an ability to manage and control over all sales cycle of cloud services of Microsoft and also provides higher yield and high degree of satisfaction of customers.
The multifunction Bento Cloud platform from RRC automates processes: provision of services of Microsoft Azure, management of the relations of partners and customers, formations of document flow on behalf of the partner in a method of a single window. All this allows new and current partners of Bento Cloud to expand the commercial offer and to offer customers Microsoft Azure services, having eliminated at the same time operational difficulties. Besides, within the Bento Cloud platform partners can create complete solutions for the customers, integrating not only own services with Microsoft Azure services, but also with other cloud services of Microsoft entering a packet of office applications of Office365.
