2019: Announcement
On March 18, 2019 provided to BlackBerry the IoT-device for tracking of loads. It collects in 100 times more of data, than GPS modules which are widespread in logistics, and begins to work without calibration.
The telematic solution under the name BlackBerry Radar H2 fixes such information as location of the vehicle, a route and a run, temperature, humidity, the status of a door and a status of loading of a load in real time on one intuitive online panel.
The device uses these and other data for creation of complete visualization of assets of the client for security and compliance to regulatory requirements. All data are safely stored in a cloud platform. The device can function at temperatures from -40 °C to + 85 °C.
BlackBerry Radar H2 is installed on trailers, containers, heavy loads, etc., helping to optimize their use and to automate the processes connected with their movement. The device is connected to LTE networks and also also braking, the dynamic system of weight control serves as the gateway for connection of other wireless sensors, such as pressure monitoring sensors in buses.
For the markets of different cargo transportation timely and exact information on location of objects and their productivities and also issues of improvement of use never were as important as now — the head BlackBerry Radar Christopher Plaat says. — BlackBerry Radar H2 will provide for what our solution is known long ago: data to which you can trust; installation in 10 minutes, long term of operation of the accumulator without recharge; low operating costs and scalability which are necessary to owners of vehicle fleets in process of change of business needs.[1] |
